Oh, that's nice, Sturgis! The winking cat!
Msolga's avatar always makes me smile too - especially because it fits her.
Spending the evening chatting with "Susannah" in our now-perfected Hungarenglish that probably noone else can follow, going from this place to that. Cute thing how she knows everyone, wherever we go coming across people happy to see her. Its always just very pleasant, hanging out together, just comfortable! My first Hungarian friend <smiles>
And her asking if I wanna go on a trip to Vienna for the day some time. (I always find it hard to believe people like me, too.)
Vienna! yes! that would be grand! though i'm actually not in vienna during weekends... but holler when you plan to go.

Gas is $275 per gallon today. Was $3.27 a couple of weeks ago.

Will do, Dag! Might even go twice.
Any good shopping to be done there?
In Vienna?
Vienna is all about shopping. I know that, and I've never been there.
I have, however, benefitted from other people shopping in Vienna.
And gas is 3.17 here, nothing compared to the rest of the world except a few places, don't get me started.
On Vienna, I thought it was about horses... <jesting>
Mo is good to hear about.
I am happy since I just heard from my accountant. She has an accountant? I am the lowest earner, for sure, in their list of clients - low money but too complicated a return for me - but a long timer. They've been through some difficulties re deaths in the family, after I had been through some difficulties, and so I have been behind and have been getting annoying, scary letters from various authoritative bodies, causing me not sleep loss, I am too old and sardonic for that, but daytime angst. Okay, they figured it out, and I'm filing. Whew.
Well Osso, you really should follow the example set by Bush and offer to the IRS that you will audit yourself and get back to them if you find a problem.

well, it is about $ 5 or 6 o'er here... and wages are lower...
it's still about $4 a gallon in canada ($1.15 a litre)
Yeh, I understand that. Mostly agree.
Still, we have one honking big place here. Ah, in my next life I'll be a transportation expert. One of my teachers was/is. He's from Dehli, does subways, etc.
One of my greatest joys in life has been to travel, from childhood on, what small amount I have done. Still, much dolor has occurred from someone traveling.
Speaking of traveling, my birthday trip to NYC is back on for the first weekend in November. Yay!
Yay! I'm glad for you eoe. I hope it's a wonderful celebration.
I want to hear more, when you know more, I'd love to do that.

Thank you osso. I take that as a compliment!
