Well, I would grab a margarita and join you, but I have to pee in a cup tomorrow.

(First time I have ever had to do THAT for a job!)
It's a sales position with a major furniture store. I did retail furniture store management before the event planning business, so I have the background for it.
Main thing is great benefits. Medical, dental, vision, life, PLUS very generous discounts! As many here know, the health insurance issue is important to us. That alone is like an $1800 / month benefit based on our self employed insurance premiums.
So, I have to pee in a cup tomorrow, then I start on the 15th of August so my start day will coincide with paydays. First month paid training and then commission only, but I can do that.
Oh, and did I mention a 38 hour work week? 10 paid personal days? Two weeks paid vacation?
Any idea the last time I had a paid vacation?
(Hint: About as long ago as when I last rode a bike)
