Well, assuming the price of chicken in Arizona and the Northeast is similar, a pound of boneless chicken is $2.49 a pound here. So if that price is 98% lower than Moscow's boneless chicken, that means that Arizona's chicken costs only 2%, (or .02), of what Moscow's chicken costs. That means boneless chicken in Moscow costs:
$2.49 / .02 = $124.50 a pound for boneless chicken in Moscow. Wow!
We can safely say that Muscovites really get boned for chicken at the supermarket!
