While there is nothing on the tape to sustain a charge of burglary there is PLENTY for a ROBBERY charge.

Did you see the WHOLE TAPE???? I did. It shows him taking the box of cigars from the dispaly and then and it shows him LEAVING THE STORE WITHOUT PAYING.
There was no dispute about how many were bought and how many were stolen...where are you getting this fairy tale from????
Even if this is correct...the operative word heRE is STOLEN...IT'S STILL A STRONG ARM ROBBERY.

Frank: Let me put this to bed right now...#1 Dorian Johnson testified to police and the FBI the Brown stole the cigars. The store employees made a statement to police saying Brown stole the cigars.
#2 Even if Brown only stole 1/2 the ******* cigars...IT'S STILL A FELONY, to wit: ROBBERY. It's like being slightly pregnant Frank...NO SUCH THING.
If you want to watch the video...you find it. I've seen it. It was all over the news.

but I saw a video with decedent
running away with some property
after knocking a little fellow around inside that little store,
that we later found out was the cigar store n its proprietor.
I think the missing cigars were later found in decedent's possession,
but correct me if I am rong.

It wouda been FUN
if, to his SURPRIZE, when decedent entered the victim cigar store,
he found its proprietors to be as much bigger than he was
by the same ratio as his overbearing the little cigarstore owner whom he knocked around;
(either that, or if the owner had shot the robber).

I get a good laff from it, when the victim overpowers the predator!
