that would have been a justifiable use of deadly force. But with Brown unarmed in a 20-foot distance? Wilson could have used a taser there, but chose not to. A headache does not establish a reasonable fear for one's life.

he had reasonable apprehension of danger
and he needed to nullify that threat. He did.
He knew that obviously, his decisions woud be exposed to scrutiny.
I doubt that he chose to knowingly throw his un-blemished career
in the garbage. In a self defense situation, it is
IMPERATIVE that
the victim
act while he still has time to do so.
