Mikey... are you OK?
When you say "on here" you're not talking about A2K are you? You're meaning out here... somewhere on the Cape, right?
I didn't realize it was illegal to drink in one's own home. There must be some real different laws in Massachusetts.
I hope that the rest of the day and the New Year will be Lots Lots Better for you! Please!!!
hehehe!!
dlowan,..I knew what it was for,...was just kidding!
If you really want to get rid of a hangover,..go to the pharmacy and get some Nurofen Plus,..that ALWAYS sends it packing for me. I'm sure you can get it,..I have to have mine illegally shipped from New Zealand to Boston.
mikey,...You OK???
Nurofen plus? Cures a hangover? I am not sure if one can get the "plus" over the counter here - but you sure can get nurofen - I use it for me neck sometimes - (no smarties - not cos I AM a pain in the neck - cos I HAVE a pain in the neck!) - but it makes my skin horrible...
i'm pissed and shaken up a bit.
yes, someone from a2k called them,
i never knew they could just walk in and do that, some country
i need to find a good civil rights lawyer and find out about
this bs
deb, i am not a pain in the neck!
i have been called a pain in another area though.........
Bum, Pueo?
JUST KIDDING!!!!!!
How horrible, Wilso? Hmmmm - usually I have very clear, fresh skin, anti-inflammatories sort of make it muddy and dull...... not quite sure how to describe it... but it is very noticeable.
Mikey... how could someone from a2k even know your address? And is it illegal to drink on Cape Cod between certain hours or something? I don't get it, never heard of such a thing. Did the police say what they were charging you with? Or not, when they released you?
At least you're home now, but... do you know anybody in the ACLU? They're listed in the phone book, under associations, I think. Good luck. P
i talked to the person that called the cops on the phone a few times Piffka, they told me who it was
they charged me with being drunk
i don't know any good lawyers but i'll look for the aclu tel #, i don't have te Boston book, maybe you could look for me, thanks
I'll look it up on the 'net, I'm not in Boston... I'm south of Seattle. But meanwhile, here's something to keep you occupied. SOmebody cool just sent it to me. Hope it works!

This is all I could find in an admittedly brief search.
Being that it's New Year's Eve... I'm not sure you can get anybody on the phone. Good Luck.
if it rains on new year's day, will it rain all year?
we had gales and storms and rain and all kinds of stuff that almost never happens - especially in the middle of a worst in over a hundred years drought - or is that a silly superstition?
I don't mean is the drought a superstition, I mean is the other thing a superstition...
Well, between rain and gales and storms and police,
Kimchee, Guam and tomato juice,*
Our New Year has begun with a lot to ponder
Be careful my friends as you go out yonder...
Happy New Year to all A2Kers... I gotta go put my dancin' shoes on!
Love,
Piffka
* it rhymes if you say it right!
I ain't no superstition - I am a reified, allegorical, alterego semi-mythical construct....and as such, very post-modern...and multi-layered...containing my own internal dialectic, and causing similar but not identical dialectical processes in others...hopefully leading to some sort of transformative, epiphanically gestaltic synthesis experience....
You WILL keep asking these questions, Pueo!
JEECE, Piffka?!
Gees, I think I've got gastroenteritis. Ain't gonna touch no traditional roasted New Year's bunny in my house now!
Yeah, jeece! Tomato jeece. Gonna need some tomorrow. Bye!
Hee hee - Bunny a bit indigestible now, Bill W!
Well, serves you right -ain't got no call threatening to eat fellow members, anyway!!!
