Thanks to Democrats there is no incentive to work. And there are no jobs because of regulations and Obamcare.

@panzade,
Sure voting fills a hungry belly. When people like Obama win, they return the favor by making it easier for illegals to live here illegally. Obama gets the votes, illegals get more benefits. Don't lie to us about how it works. We have seen the largest give away of entitlements in US history as well. If you don't think illegals are getting benefits, then you do indeed have your head in the sand.

Illegal immigrants shouldn't be allowed to work in the US, we have the lowest job participation rate in US history, and citizens need work, not illegal immigrants. They should be looking for work in their own countries, not here.

Until the unemployment # is down, and work force participation is up, we shouldn't even be considering illegals for work in the US. We have enough able bodied people here in the US that can do that work. If they won't do the work, then who's fault is that?

I started my adult career as a construction worker for 4 years. Moved into the IT field because I got sick of the work. It was a start, not the start I wanted, but I found out what hard work was and knew I wanted something different. Young people today don't know what hard work is. Even the fast food industry is easier now then it was when I was a teenager, and they still don't want to do it.

@Baldimo,
You share a common trait with other conservatives that I know.
You throw out your opinions as facts.

High rate of deportations continue under Obama despite Latino disapproval

@panzade,
Here's a problem, being in the country illegally is a crime. So to say they are only deporting criminals is a false claim. All illegal immigrants are criminals, plain and simple.

Obama has been picking and choosing which aspect of US law he wants to follow and enforce.

That's what allows him to chase paper tigers whilst undermining democracy. I've not heard any to suggest otherwise, just a load of blather. It's almost like he's trying to convince himself.

You are so oblivious.

In S Florida Americans won't do the hard work so companies have to fudge the rules. In construction, in citrus fields...it's big corporations that are driving the illegal aliens to come here.

I have already proven to you in many posts, that I do have to have an ID every time I leave the house with my gun. I need it to buy ammo, purchase the gun, go to the range, apply and carry a CCW. Every single one of these things MANDATES an ID!
You haven't shown the ID to a single government official before you exercise your right. Carrying an ID if challenged is hardly the same thing. Showing the ID to a business owner is not the same thing.

@panzade,
Big business, using campaign contributions as leverage, make sure that no effective legislation is passed to either end illegal immigration, or to give real enforcement power to government to deal with illegal immigrants. The one and only time that this problem was addressed head-on was in the IRCA of 1986 (Immigration Reform and Control Act), and that was only pulled off because Reagan had the credibility and political support to put some spine into Congress. None of the Reform and Control Acts since then have been worth a bucket of warm spit. For so long as wealthy individuals or corporations can benefit from the labor of illegal immigrants, we'll never have a shortage of them.

@panzade,
What has the govt done to cut down on these types of companies? Nothing! We have the president of the US going on TV promising illegals and companies alike that he will resolve the issue. He isn't resolving the issue, he is making promises to people who are not even citizens that he is going to make it easier for them to work and go to school in the US, all at the expense of US taxpayers.

Mexico's 3rd largest import, is money sent from the US. What kind of economy is that encouraging? Illegal immigrants come to the US and demand action. Why do they not demand action in their own countries.

Keep in mind, I have no issues with legal immigrants, people who follow the laws and rules of the US. Illegal immigrants do not follow the rules and when they find a law or rule they don't like, they demand political action.

I finished college and got a job in construction, said **** the diploma,liked the pay and stayed for 30+ years. Concrete was my career. And the work is very hard. But the lessons I learned from people who work that hard are invaluable. There is a fairness and equality in that kind of work. You see all kinds of colors at their best and at their worst. And you learn how to express yourself, both verbally and physically.

In short, you hear and see things for what they are worth. You learn to set goals everyday and accomplish them. And the endurance is something that will last a lifetime.

If they're working, they're paying tax. Your children are going to school all at the expense of illegal immigrant taxpayers.

BS! State and federal laws state I have to show and have my ID on me. Like I said you don't like the answers because they don't fit your view of things. I'm only asking for the same consideration with people voting.

Face it Parados, you are loosing this battle. A majority of Americans agree with voter ID laws. You are a minority in this instance.

@izzythepush,
That is no excuse to break the law and be allowed to break the law. They pay sales taxes and that is about it. They pay little in federal taxes, and if they are they are doing it in the name of another American. How is that going to effect them?

Consideration for illegal immigrants over citizens should be an act of treason. Our elected officials are elected to represent their voting public. Why are they bowing to pressure from illegal immigrant groups?

Now we are going to pass laws based on what a majority of Americans think? Great, lets pass some gun legislation then.

Are you ******* thick headed? Which laws? I'm not going through the list again. I have provided you with about every instance in which ID is required by the state and the feds in relation to guns.
