Good morning to Mr and Mis Cowdoc.
I usually wake up around 5 am. NPR's Morning Edition is on from 5-7 and repeats from 7-9. I have it on but I don't listen too closely, knowing that the stories will be on again.
In my family, if someone suddenly shivered - for no apparent reason - the explanation was that "a goose had walked over your grave."
Nowadays, the goose moment happens when I am reading and a word on the page happens to appear at the same time that it is spoken on the radio.
So, I happened to be on this thread or perhaps I was checking out the weather in Salmon, ID. In the background was a story on NPR about a controversial issue in Idaho involving the culling of coyotes and wolves...near, the reporter said, Salmon.
