When I went to bed last night things were looking good for McGentrix, Ragman, Andy and Johnboy. We had picked Tennessee over Indianapolis. But the Colts made quite a comeback to win the game.
Week #11 Preview...
We agree on 80% of our picks with only the Giants vs Packers game (11-7) and the Chargers at Dolphins match (12-6) being anywhere close to being tossups. We all agree that the Bengals and Seahawks will win.
I am surprised that only 5 of us choose the undefeated Chiefs to win vs the Broncos.
Panzade and Cowdoc agree with the majority on every game. Osso, Kolyo, Rhys and Lightening22 are off on just one. McGentrix and AndyD are out of step on eight and seven respectively.

@realjohnboy,
Fitzpatrick played well for the Titans...when I went to bed it was 14-0 Tennessee, and I held little hope.
I still don't understand the Rams beat-down of Indy last week.

We haven't heard much from CoinToss lately. I still get picks each week but CT is, not surprisingly, hovering around about 50-50. That was good enough to lead Jespah but now trails McGentrix, AndyD and Osso.
I see today that CoinToss was called into deciding a mayoral race in Albion, Idaho. I was hoping that town would be near the Cowdoc's Salmon. It turns out to be nowhere close.
Anyway, CT decided the race and the candidates accepted the result. I imagine that CT went away happy to be of service.

Next up on my weeks and weeks of miserable stinking choices, I've a mental standoff re New Orleans, which I chose, and SF, which I'm always rooting for.
Hmmm, go, SF!!!

@panzade,
Ok thanks.

Broncos-Chiefs game was pretty awesome. Gotta love Manning.
What matters to me the most now that game is over is Pats-Panthers game.

@Ragman,
Chiefs tried to blitz Manning. Big mistake.
Left the receivers one-on-one.

Looking forward to tomorrow night's game too

@panzade,
I think it was quoted that he's got a 90% success rate when he's blitzed.

Texan fans were so unhappy with the decision to play Shaub in the second half, many left at third quarter.

@edgarblythe,
And so were many football writers.

I was brought into sports, some by my father (I could cry but skipping along) and by Sister Mel who taught us baseball at recess; also by sportswriting books in the city library - a lot of books like Sports Stories of 1943 . I made that title up, but it's close. And then by newswriters, modified by some stuff I saw myself.

I'm plotzed by Kubiak's action.
