Things are not going well on my computer monitor today, re football. Well, not Thursday evening either, as it happened. Never mind the locker room madness and media circus about that; never mind lots of injuries to bodies and minds.
Simply from observation of my fantasy team today (egads) and my pick-um teams today (more egads), I'm going to have to resort to escaping to the kitchen to make mexican sweet chocolate chunk cinnamon and chile pep cookies. If all is still awful, football-wise, after that, I'll have to make a batch of olive oil/buttermilk biscuits. That might not work out, my not having used o.oil in biscuits before. In that case, I'll end up going out my front door and doing some weeding, naming each goat head sticker clump after some football player until I work up a set of weed teams to carry to the trash can.
