They're starting third string quarterback Hoyer

Hoyer played a couple games for the Cards last year (our 4th QB of the year), and didn't do any worse than any of the other signal-callers we had last season.

I'm always hoping one of these guys starts and has a great game...sort of a Cinderella story.

@panzade,
I still enjoy the hell out of seeing newbies QB making a big 'unexpected' impact ,,. and then all the talking heads running to jump on the bandwagon.

@panzade,
Nodding in agreement. then the talking heads break their arms patting themselves on their own back for 'discovering' them and being the first to see their raw talent.

@ossobuco,
Hopefully, she can get online before kickoff. I'm in Idaho Falls, and her computer has been giving her trouble. I think she posted tonight's game from her Kindle. I'll be back with my laptop by 6:00 or so MDT.

@George,
Week #3 Preview...There are only 4 games that are even close to being tossups: Philly (12 picks) vs KC (7); San Diego (12) at Tenn (7) and 2 games which are 13-6. We are unanimous in picking Minn over Cleveland and New England against Tampa Bay. Overall we agree on 81% of our picks. That compares to 77% in Week #1 and 84% last week.
Cowdoc and Ehbeth agree with the majority on every game while McGentrix, JPB, Mysteryman, Lightening22 and Panzade are off on just one.
ALL of them, I say ALL of them, started the week by picking the Eagles. And they were ALL wrong. Ha, ha.
Edgar and Jespah are out of step with the majority on 7 of the 16 games followed by Andy with 6.
