Sorry,it's just that the sight of animals doing cute silly things like singing karaoke just makes me feel like saying something silly, too.

Andy left me his picks last Friday before the start of his Goth Cruise. He groused a bit about having to make his picks for Week 3 so early.
He and his band were given free tickets on the trip. But his agent warned him about the hidden scam. His credit card got hit with $100 for tips immediately. He had no problem with that but she warned him about the cruise line's other charges: high priced drinks (he has never been a drinker). $1/minute for internet access, $2/minute for phone calls, etc. and etc. A cheap trip can become very expensive very quickly.
Anyway, he views this week as a good opportunity to wean himself away from technology a bit.
Andy's Week #3 Picks...

Re noise in Seattle:

http://www.theguardian.com/sport/blog/2013/sep/17/seattle-seahawks-nfl-crowd-noise-record

quoting -
Seahawks fans set a new world record on Sunday night, producing the loudest roar ever heard inside a sports stadium. The previous high mark, set by supporters of the Turkish soccer club Galatasaray in 2011, stood at 131.76 decibels – louder than a jet plane would sound from 30 metres away. At CenturyLink Field this weekend, the decibel level rose to 136.6 – enough that the independent adjudicator sent by the Guinness Book of World Records could feel his clipboard vibrating in his hand.

Thanks, George, for the nifty round up of our standings for the two weeks. Kolyo won the round. Rhys is in 1st place after two excellent rounds.
As a group we agreed on 84% of our picks. When the dust settled, however, we were right on only 68% which was only a tad bit better than the 64% in Week #1.
On the Team Play Thingee...
Tico, Kolyo and JPB ("The Cool Kids") are in 1st place with a total of 27 wrong picks. EhBeth, Mysteryman and Rhys ("Team REM") are next with a score of 29 followed by Ragman, Andy and George at 31, Miz Cowdoc, CoastalRat and Lightening with 35. Edgar. Jespah and Cowdoc come in at 37 while Johnboy, Osso and McGentrix are last at 39.
I have also added a team led by Panzade. His score is determined by adding in the average of the Best and Worst ESPN experts and by the average of Coin Toss and Home Team. After two weeks their rating is 32! Amazing.

@George,
Seeing these two teams seem equally incompetent (to me), I went with the home team.
