I asked the Commish and he informed me that he had changed the
"Weekly Waivers" setting.

At the fantasy site, go to the "League" tab.
Then scroll down to "Commish Updates" and click on "Changes".
You will see "Weekly Waivers changed from 'Game Time - Tuesday' to 'None'
