Warlordism would more correctly describe your stance.

I get so easily confused. Didn't we invade Afghanistan BECAUSE they were forming well-organised militia?

No. We invaded them because they were coming to the US and committing crimes against humanity.

Making up new meanings for clauses does not alter what the original clauses say.

So you clean a loaded gun? Interesting.

Making light of Rule #1 is how people get accidentally killed.

@parados,
Are you really this ignorant, or is it just an act?
Let me make it simple for you...treat every gun as a loaded weapon unless you unloaded it yourself.

@mysteryman,
I wonder why so many people kill themselves and others with unloaded guns? Their just not as educated as our local gun nuts.

@spendius,
OK.
Hitler n the Japs rendered a disservice to Americans
by causing government to grow. I resent that.

@oralloy,
I have a good marriage with a lot of trust between us but neither of us would not checked the status of a firearm when as it is handed between us no matter what our partner had stated.

You always check a firearm and assume it is loaded until you yourself check it and then you still treat it as must as possible as a loaded weapon even if you had just check it.

@OmSigDAVID,
You need weapons and enough charisma to get the loyalty of the local populace. Start off by telling your neighbour you'll guarantee his safety if he gives you a pie. If no pie, shoot him, then move on to the next one.

A lot of gun accidents occur with an unloaded gun that people unloaded themselves. I can usually find a few every week.

If every gun is always loaded then you can only clean a loaded gun.
oralloy wrote:

Oralloy's rule is different from treating every gun as if it was loaded or assuming every gun is loaded which everyone who ever handled a gun should have learned. His statement is "all guns are always loaded."

????????????????????????????????

Guns are not magical devices so if someone who been train in the proper safe handling of firearms they can not be harm in the process of cleaning the weapon that they had checked for being unloaded.

Hmm I guess if you are taking apart a large semi auto handgun the spring could fly out and hit you in the eyes......................

It is often fun watching a new gun owner field stripping a 1911 45 for example and even more fun if the firearm itself is new so the coil spring is as powerful as possible.
