Breuss cure
I found this forum searching for experiences of people who are or who were on Breuss' diet.
My mother was diagnosed breast cancer some time ago, but the problem is that she was keeping quiet about it for quite some time after it became an obvious problem. Right now she cannot do lungs X-Ray because she has more than 1 liter of water in lungs so nothing is visible on the picture. Before she had lung "punctuation"(I hope this is the correct for "taking water out of lungs), she had more than 2.5 liters of water in lungs. She doesn't want to go to this procedure again because every time it is being done she gets a small dosage of cytostatics with some antibiotic as a "precaution" pumped directly to lungs, and since she is on Breuss' diet (some 15th day already), and she is very determined to do it correctly, she will not be able to take any X-Ray or any other kind of health analysis in next month. What is driving me crazy is that I don't know if it's working for her and if yes, then how good it is working, and also, some lung metastasis is suspected by doctors.
She didn't have any other kind of treatment prior to this diet, so I am interested if there is anyone who was on this diet without any form of chemotherapy, radiation or surgical intervention.

Thanks,
Zarko

AFter completing chemotherapy for Hodgkin's disease I am now told that all pervious tumors have gone BUT I have new tumors in my lungs (stage IV). Naturally I am more than a little disheartened with western medicine. I am going to try the Breuss diet. My partner is concerned as I do not have much weight to loose but have been feeling generally well. Has anyone had any success with Bruess and Hodgkin's?

Not going so well on the Breuss. Found myself with constant diarrhoea. i have tried mannatech and do believe there is something in it but have difficulty mentally digesting why the mega doses are required. i also have a hugh problem with their sales pitch. i do still use their products in what i consider to be "reasonable" doses but have had little success.

Breuss Cancer Fast
I have breast cancer and am on day 15 of the Breuss Cancer Fast. I am looking for anyone else that has experienced complete remission from trying this fast. I felt crummy the 1st week however I have oodles of energy now. I have lost about 10 pounds but the weight loss seems to have abated. I still cook for the family and LOVE to smell food but do not experience hunger. I am optimistic about the outcome but would dearly love to talk to a survivor of cancer through this means. I felt like I'm the only person in the world who has ever put their life on the line this way.

Thanks

Re: Breuss Cancer Fast
I am not interested an any sales pitches for other products. Please I only want to talk to someone for real that has successfully tried the Breuss fast and beat cancer. I am on day 18 and feel great and know that I can't be the only person on this earth who has done this. I have lots of energy despite my weight loss.

Thank you

Hello
I tried Breuss, but could not succeed for 42 days, only 31. I started today again. These 31 day cleaned two spots (7 and 9mm big) in my right lung, suspected metastases. THe primary tumor was in the left lung.
I would recommend to everybody some kind of fast, juicing, Breuss, some recommend only watter. For cancer patients it should last 40-60 days.
Good luck

Great to hear it worked for you. I am on day 24 and although my breast tumor has quietened down, I am not sure whether it is shrinking and wonder at what point what I might expect this. I am doing very well physically and am determined to keep going until I see a result. My weight loss has slowed as well. Thanks for your words of encouragment. I'll keep you posted. I'd love to talk with you one on one but don't know how to do that. If you are interested let me know

I am glad you feel good, but the same was with me. I lost in those 31 days 8 kilos but I never had any problems. Some friends say I look much younger now. For me today is 9 day. It is hard, but I am also determined to do it properly up to the 42. I would also like to talk with you.

Breuss Cancer Fast
I am on day 32 and look like a scare crow but still going. My breast has not gone down the way I thought it would and it still seems active but it's not over yet. I am optimistic. I don't know if I should keep going. I would love to talk with you but am not quite sure how. I am in Newmarket Canada.

Cheers
Sandy

stevecj's CT scan...
Hello!

I have diagnosed stage 2B testicular cancer two weeks ago. They had allready removed my right testicle. My type is mixed seminoma and non-seminoma with embrional and yolk-sack tumors. My tumor markers are not expressed, so onkologist will not be able to know if chemo therapy is working or not. I am waiting for first round of chemo therapy next monday. Since waiting is making me nervous, I am trying to educate myself as best as I can. I am 34, have 3 small girls a wonderfull wife and just cannot afford to give up.

I am looking for people that beat stage 2B testicular cancer wit Breuss diet. Does anyone know one?

With kind regards.

P.S.: stevecj will you tell us about your CT scan?

I have breast cancer and did the Breuss fast for the full 42 days. I lost 30 pounds and felt that it was well worth it. You must maintain a low profile for that time and not do anything anymore strenous that walking. I also found that drinking plenty of fluids (lots of sage tea and pure water) really helped with my energy level. Also, I had the onion broth at lunch. I took nothing else but what it said. So far so good with my breast. It has been 4 years for me and I have not had surgery or any chemo or radiation. I also follow a strict vegan diet and positive lifestyle. I pursue reflexology, accupuncture (to clean the liver as cancer is said to be a disease of the liver) and exercise to keep the lymph system moving. There is also lots of information on the internet to battle prostate cancer. It is especially important to make your body as alkaline as possible. A good naturopath can guide you and maintain a positive outlook. The body usually follows where the mind leads if you know what I mean. Take epsom salt baths and try Castor Oil packs on your abdomen. (Read Dr. Cayce's book or look it up on the internet).
Also the epsom salt baths draw out toxins as well. I also drink Essiac tea (home brewed or you can buy it at the health food store). It is a tea specially formulated for cancer. It's busy doing all of this but I feel great. I gained all my weight back with lots of organic food. Anyways best of luck.
I am in Ontario Canada. Where are you?

Peace
Sandy

Breuss Cancer Therapy
The Breuss Fast is good for any kind of ailment as it detoxes the body. Make sure that you are monitored by a health professional while you are doing it. I am not sure of your state of health at the moment. Get the book and read about the precautions that it suggests. If you are in "good" health, it is worth a try, but read the book first.

Good Luck

non hodgkins t-cell lymphoma
Phoenix32890 wrote:
christian_s- According to my original oncologist, I should have been dead for over ten years by now. I supposedly had an "incurable" cancer. The 32890 after my handle was the date of my bone marrow transplant, for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. I have been in remission since that time.

I was diagnosed in 1987. The original tumor was biopsied and radiated. At that time, the treatment of choice for my cancer was "watchful waiting". It was an indolent type of cancer, that was supposed to become very aggressive after awhile. There was, and is, no cure.

During this time, I read all that I could about the disease. When you KNOW the possibilities, I find that it is much easier to cope. One of the things about cancer is the impotent feeling of being totally out of control, that your body was working against you. I did all the things that I could to gain a modicum of control.

I went to support groups, and to a therapist who specialized in dealing with people with life threatening diseases. I read Bernie Siegel and Norman Cousins. I learned how to meditate and do imagery. I found that these things did a lot to allay my anxiety. I even dabbled in macrobiotics, which was the cancer diet du jour at the time, but dropped it quickly. I decided that I could not deal with seaweed. I took some supplements that supposedly kept the cancer monster at bay.

I was referred to a "specialist specialist", one of the finest oncologists in the country. I had my transplant, and here I am.

Did the other than medical stuff that I did help? I have a running argument with my husband to this day. He claims not, that it was the medical intervention that saved me. I say that the other things that I did helped me to be able to sustain the rigors of my treatment, and kept me in a good frame of mind, which helped my immune system.

I was diagnosed with the above two years ago and underwent radiation since the malignant cells plus a couple of small tumors were contained in the layers of the skin. Now I am having a relapse and because of relocation I am dealing with a different group of health care providers. My "original" oncologist mumbled something about bone marrow transplant before we started total body radiation. I wonder what stage you were in when you had the transplant and whether I actually found somebody who went through t-cell lymphoma (mycosis fungoidis) herself. Can you disclose that information? You could also e-mail me: [email protected]
I am grateful for ANY reply that would help get me on the right track or in touch with an oncologist that actually knows about this very rare disease.... Astrid in Ottawa, Canada

Re: Breuss / stomach cancer
I did the full 42 days and found that my breast cancer is quiet now. It has been 3 months since I finished and so far so good. I eat vegan and all organic. Positive thinking helps as well. It was worth it and of great benefit. Make sure you have a naturopath or the like monitor you.

Best of luck

Hello,
I have a friend who is at this time on Breuss juice and tea fast.He was diagnosed with stomach cancer after New Year 2003.He had chemo and radiation in July and August and had operation in October to remove his stomach. The operation to remove stomach was not posible since cancer went thrue the stomach and is around the vain. The doctors have done exploratory surgery and could do no more.In November the oncologist has told him that he can take more chemo but there is not much chance that tumor will shrink and he will probably be gone after New Year anyway.
Since November he went for two treatments to a clinic in Germany. There he had PET scan (he was not offered one in Canada) which showed that cancer did not spread. The treatment in Germany did not shrank the tumor to the point that operation could be possible. While in Europe he has talk to a person that did the Breuss therapy for 42 days and beat the cancer. When back home he has made the decision to try the diet and hope that that would help him to.
Today is 33 day since he started. He is doing fine. He lost weight but he had spare. He is able to cook for the rest off the family and only have tea and juice himself. He did not have any other food that what is in Breusses book. We are all waiting what the resoults will be.
He would like to know if anyone has gone 42 days. Did someone go longer and what were the results.
We wish you all the best.
Sincerely,
Muri

Breuss Cancer Cure nausea & tea
My mother has been on the Breuss Cancer Cure for 4 1/2 weeks. She has pancreatic and liver cancer and is not able to drink nearly enough tea (only about two cups a day) and can tolerate no juice. Has anyone had a similar experience with nausea? Would appreciate hearing from anyone. Thanks, Robin

The only time that I didn't feel well on the Breuss fast was when I was in my "Healing Crisis". This is when the body is detoxing as the poisons leave your system. As you lose the fat, the toxins harbored there may enter the bloodstream and as the body is trying to eliminate them, you may feel quite ill. This is temporary and is a good sign. Once again, please be sure that you are monitored by a health professional when you are doing this. I used a naturopath. My healing crises lasted only for a day. If she can up her liquid intake it will help aid the detox process. I found that the sage tea was invaluable when I was on the fast and gave me alot of support in every way. I always felt great after I had a cup of warm sage tea. Warm water and organic lemon is also a good detoxifier if she can stomach that. Always make sure that she is getting pure water that has been filtered and has no chlorine. Once again, make sure that she is monitored by a health care practionerer.
