@dlowan,
HAPPY BIRTHDAY WOOLLIES!

Now, can somebody tell me how you stop a cat?

Viola seems to have ingested speed or something.

She's relentless in her pursuit of action.

@dlowan,
Awwwwwwwww. She was dementedly pawing under my bathroom scales. I finally looked and there was a plastic ring off a large plastic pill bottle.

She grabbed it in ecstasy and ran off with it.

Now Sebastian has taken it. He takes stuff she's interested in.

Did you get them a new app for their birthday?

@dlowan,
Happy birthday, Viola & Sebastian!
And congratulations to you, Deb, for surviving this turbulent & challenging year with grace & humour intact! Very Happy Wink

@ehBeth,
Yep. I just have to face downloading it. It's really hard for me to gain control of downloads.....it keeps trying to download EVERYTHING.

Viola got her ring back......but I don't think it's for long. She's more creative and he just takes her stuff. Except food. She wins food fights.

@msolga,
Thank you.

It's nice to think that SOMETHING might be intact.

@dlowan,
This is the day we come off kitten food and move onto indoor cat food. More bulk, less calories.....AND LESS STINKY POOH!

Yeehaw!

Just had a big kiss from Viola.

Never had such a kissy cat.

@dlowan,
just the major diet change itself should generate some interesting pooh adventures...

@dlowan,
Oh I'm certain there's much more intact than you might imagine, Deb. Smile

So ... are we going to hear about birthday presents?
And celebrations?

And has Viola calmed down yet?
It's the birthday excitement, I'm sure!
Perfectly understandable! Smile

@msolga,
Just the apps....we all know they don't know it's their birthday.

Things are calm at present. Sebastian actually appears to be settling down....though they often take it in turns to go nuts, as I have said before.

I'll try and get a walk in for them today....but I have to be careful with my back as I really hurt it moving a bookcase in my office.

As it happens I have a big human birthday party tonight! Not mine, I hasten to add.

@Rockhead,
Well, they need to lose some weight.

Mind you, I might have to book into a hotel to avoid the dramas if they take time to adjust to it.

They eat all manner of strange stuff already, although I discovered that only Sebastian drinks alcohol.

@Rockhead,
Erm.....he drinks MY alcohol, if I'm not quick enough to stop him...and I'm not a men.

Viola was so disgusted when she tried my sauvignon blanc that she ran away!

Much more normal cat reaction.

I like the way you state that with such confidence, Deb.
Me, I think think they're far smarter about such things than we'd even dare to imagine! Wink

@sozobe,
Indeed they are.

I checked the breeders website yesterday, and you know what is sad?

Two of Sebastians brothers are still up for sale.....never sold. Seems people didn't want white Cornish Rexes. White kittens from other breeders seem to go though. I guess they just stay home with their mums? I wonder if the breeder realizes she will have to lower the price for adult cats? It would be hard for them to go now I imagine.

I realized how much like her mum Viola is!
