Sometimes animals will surprise you.

I lived for 15 years with three cats that absolutely hated each other so I was worried about introducing a new cat to Biscuit (cat (old, murderous)) and Diamond (dog (young, exuberant)) when a neighbor showed up pleading for me to give a cat a home.

But Godzilla fit right in. Now they all cuddle up to each other.

I would have never dreamed it was possible.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you.

Kittens should be aboard aircraft.

Poor little things! Imagine how scary this whole thing is for them!

That was a hunting chirp...so perhaps they chirp a lot because they are indoor cats and keep being frustrated by birds on the wrong side of the glass!

no, not nearly to the mad cat lady stage. Did anyone tell you that it's wise to have one more litter box than you have cats? Our vet swears by that advice. By the way, we have six cats.....now that's mad!


It is nerve-wracking, introducing new cat family members. Another tip our vet gave to facilitate acceptance of the newbies is to rub them all over with something you have worn but not laundered....makes everyone smell the same.
