@dlowan,

Actually, I just looked at their pedigrees and they are hardly related at all...just brought up together.

Surprised
And all this time we've thought .....

Viola going to vet tomorrow...still sneezing and coughing.

Oh I hope it's nothing serious, Deb.
I guess, whatever's causing these cold-like symptoms, it isn't contagious, or Sebastian would would have had a dose of it by now?

@msolga,
Sebastian is probably protected by his vile pooh,

It kills anything even mildly vulnerable within 50 meters.

@msolga,
I am hoping he and his eliminative expressions will temper themselves with age.

@dlowan,
You know, looking at that funny little face, with its cute little expression, I feel bad for writing about his vile pooh!

@dlowan,
Viola off to vet soon.

I'll take Sebastian as well,....good to start getting them used to travel.

She's been sneezing and coughing less, but when she sneezes there is now some evidence of infection.

On the other hand, what better way to put pressure on him than to say: "Sebastian, you need to get your **** together. The whole world is watching!"

@Thomas,
I don't think pressure is the BEST thing for treating diarrhoea!

@dlowan,
A fair point. I shall choose my metaphors more wisely in the future.

@dlowan,
Sight of the morning....Viola on the edge of the bath...solemnly dragging the shower curtain closed, like a lioness dragging a massive buffalo.

@mags314772,
They are....I am chuckling so much!

Back from vet's.

They behaved beautifully.

Viola still in viral stage, so no antibiotics, but I have some vitamins and some wormer.

Cost a lot, but I am quite glad to have had them checked by a vet I trust and get a good report on their health. Also, bless her, she did everything to make it a positive experience for them. They were playing together at the end. A good thing to have happy cats at the vet. They're both still talking to me...Viola is helping me type.

The clinic cat was disgusted with them....he and Miranda were very close. I imagine he was expecting her, not the woollies.

Ok...Viola is now sitting on my shoulder watching me type and purring in my ear. Very nice.

@mags314772,
Our little girl kitten likes to get in my husband's shower stall and chase her own tail. Both kittens are always fascinated with a flushing toilet and, of course, rolls of toilet paper need to be unwound! Bathrooms are a draw for babies

Sebastian is my bathroom guy. He is fascinated by the loo, the bath, the shower.

He also helps me whenever I am at the kitchen sink.

His paws are almost like hands...perhaps one day he will learn to use, and flush, the loo and do the dishes?

Viola has handy paws too...it was hilarious the other day when she was holding up a bit of chicken in one paw and nibbling from it as she chatted to me. Like a human with a carrot or a biscuit.

Yes, I am happy about that. I didn't like buying without being able to inspect the breeder and the kittens.

I got a health certificate fRom the vet the breeder used, but......

I was also happy with their calmness in the surgery.
