I think you've just been through too much in a very short time. (Viola's illness, selling your home, the funding/bank stuff-ups, then moving so suddenly... say nothing of your "normal" work demands!)

couldn't stop before ... but now the most demanding stuff is over, your body just

Anyway, Deb, one of the good things about living on your own is that you don't have to please anyone but yourself.
So long as you can find your underwear (& the cutlery & the remote!
), can feed yourself & the woollies & you feel comfortable with things, what does it matter how long it takes to get the place perfectly set up?
It doesn't affect anyone else but you.
If you're OK with that, then what's the rush?
