@JTT,
Here, folks, is an example of a leftist radical's opinion. He accuses Michelle Malkin, a decent and patriotic American, of lying and of being a right wing nut, but defends a known and verifiable sympathizer of communism, Noam Chomsky.
Regarding your first statement about freedom, I agree that people should have the freedom to express their thoughts, but I think others have just as much right to point out how and when those thoughts are wrong. Such was the case recently when liberal politicians and commentators jumped to conclusions about the motivations of the crime in Arizona. I strongly believe it is incumbent upon us to point out the fallacies and errors of that rhetoric, and we deserve better from a "mainstream" press that claims to give us factual news about events, when in fact they do a pretty poor job of it.
Regarding Chomsky, I am not going to engage you about him, as I don't believe he is a credible source for anything. I have read just enough about him to know it would be a waste of time to read more. It would be similar to me trying to find things that Hugo Chavez or Fidel Castro have said, in an effort to find things that are wrong. That would be a futile endeavor and a waste of time in my opinion.
