What is the "real reason" ??
Inquiring minds wanna know.

Per your own admission, guns became at an early age a device with which to help you deal with crushing insecurity. A mental crutch. Instead of developing normally - that is to say, learning to confront the problems of life without resorting to a weapon of violence - you had an abnormal development. This is the most likely reason you have such crazy opinions and behaviors to this day.

In that case, don't be surprised when many here dismiss your views entirely. Because most people have a dim opinion of those who are obsessed with guns. It's a sign of a problem, David. Not a normal thing at all.

The ONLY thing that matters
is that freedom, clarity and accuracy are dominant in the USSC.

Idle discussion is of no consequence;
no more than if u express your hopes n wishes
for which group will win athletic competition n get a trophy.

I think it's banging on a pan with Mom's baking spoon in infancy. The large effect for minimum effort.

The proper definition of sadism is control of the environment by the ego. Elaborate landscape gardening for example. When the effort is minimal it is cheapskate.

If there is a sexual component it is called algolagnia.

I never said that.
That is your liberal distortion of what I said;
(I was a bit uneasy qua self-defense, when I was home alone a lot.)
U r not a good psychologist; sloppy.

That 's better.

It was very normal. We all had plenty of guns in Arizona.
We all loved them.

There were no problems;
nothing to confront.

Nonsense.

My opinions are those of Original Americanism, rejecting liberal collectivism.
MY opinions are winners; yours are losers.

I never did that at any age; sounds irritating.

I deny that. What evidence have u that it is so ?

he should be advocating to have liberal talk radio shut down, that stuff is pathetic, at least the right wing nuts are entertaining

Well this isn't directed at talk radio, just free speech.

@OmSigDAVID,
There was no law in original Americanism. Power grew out of the barrel of a gun.

That's what Pat Garret and Billy the Kid is all about. The change over to the rule of law. Power to the penman, slick talker and coalition maker. Voting instead of fighting. Civilisation.

His booking photo... yikes. If it were from a TV show or movie I'd say the actor was way overdoing the whole insanity thing. He looks absolutely demented.

Yet, his preliminary hearing show a young man in control and fully understanding what was going. He was polite and deferential to the Judge and the legal system. Go figure?

My condolences to all afected by this terrible tragedy. My prayers are with yall. I belive it might be time to focus on prevetion of future incidents such as this. I have several topics wich address research and hopefull someday cure for some mental illnesses. If we could, as society look at some of these topics, I believe in the butterfly flapping its wings and cause a hurricane effect..... So maybe...... Someday......... We could prevent One person from comiting such horrific events. Thank You for taking the time to read this.

Not just the lefties getting upset over this event apparently

Mr Sig Hil, please get back on your medications, and some sleep would help. You can get up later and love your guns some more!

I guess all I'm saying is that we're not at "more likely than not" yet. It's still possible,

All a "more likely than not" says is that there's over a 50% chance that such and such is the case. A speaker could be saying I feel that "51% to 49% that such and such is the case".

A "still possible", ie. "that may be the case", could say pretty much the same thing, with 'may' being the epistemic [level of certainty] modal choice for those situations up to 50%.

Maybe, but based on past McTag posts, I don't think so.

If he says he was, I'll apologize.
