@djjd62,
Watched about three episodes.
All I put together from your response was air balloon and someone Gale.

@salima,
Ones I have noticed but who have not been here yet are, Lily, HexHammer, Fido, kennethamy, William, jeeprs, xris, Theaetetus, still looking out for more and will add their names here if and when I find them.
Here's hoping.
And have no idea why so few.
No longer scared,
just a little fed up with some people and things.
The people who were already here seem nice though don't they?

Yup, it's easier for guys from our old forum to come here since www.philosophyforum.com redirects to this site

Just to let you know that I have arrived here safely. Don't know why my post count jumped from 611 to 626 during the transfer, but otherwise I'm settling in OK.

did you change your e-ddress at the time your member name was changed? If not, the e-notifications should still work.

@sometime sun,
Hello sometime sun...

I, too, am sad to see the old forum go.

And, to be brutally honest, would like to find a replacement forum of sorts to go to. This "forum" seems to be the twitter of discussion boards.

A forum for a new generation - an ADHD generation Wink.

@bmcreider,
It is great to see you.
What ever and where ever you land let us know.
But give this place a chance it is not all that bad.

@sometime sun,
I will give it a chance. I want to see how many people make it from the lifeboats.

That and I really have no place else to go for the discussion I was looking for.

It is good to see you, and the others that are here as well, though.

I've found this kind of comment quite interesting as the Able2Know crowd is mmmm older. Not so much a new generation.

@sometime sun,
Hello sun,
Hope things are going better today.
Unless i've missed them, there are still a few philforum members I havent come across yet.
They are:
Aedes, videcorspoon, poppascience, ticktocman, north, A lyn fei, Klope3.

Just trying to get used to the place. Turned email updates on to see how that works. One of the features I do miss.

The sun is shining today.

It's all in what you bring to it. I would suggest reviewing some of the more in-depth conversations and discussions before jumping to conclusions about the place.

@ehBeth,
I have read that about A2K...

But I've also read that this forum layout was new for you all, too, and took some getting used to.

oh absolutely - lots of fussing whenever things change - old folks are like that Wink

( I can say that - I'm in retirement planning mode not career planning)
