Are you actually asking me what rules my life?????? What are you hoping to hear, I'm ruled by politics or devil worship or Madonna or Jerry Springer?????? You seem to be in a delusional state where you are the only person here who loves their county as well as loves their creator. I know what is important to me...... my faith, my country and my family. I am not interested in imposing my religious beliefs or the pop culture version of religious belief on anyone and I will not assume that the rest of the people posting here are dupes devoid of any moral or ethical beliefs.

If it makes you more comfortable to believe that you are the lone holdout in loving this country, have at it. That's been the big effective divisive lie perpetrated by rabid partisons who need to quash opposing opinion. Don't agree with my political views????, well then I guess you hate America or you love the terrorists. I believe you do love this country, but I also believe you harbor dangerous suspicion of those you suspect hold differing views and fear they may pointy-headed intellectuals or liberal elitists. The reason I say it's dangerous is because when you close your mind and relie on a tid-bit of information to box people in, you cease to be able to understand the other person's point of view. You don't have to be swayed or converted to another point of view, but it's helpful to understand why certain issues are hot buttons for some people.

At least I think it's useful to understand what motivates reasonable people. Just in this country alone, we have many cultures based entirely on the States people live in......what passes for polite in New Jersey can be considered a rash insult in Georgia. We come from all over this nation my friends and the sooner we realize that even here in God's Country customs and comfort levels differ drastically the better off we will all be. I'm not talking about the important things like morality or patriotism or honesty, I'm talking about what is customarily served at Sunday dinner, or what color shoes people wear to Church in different regions. If you don't think this type of silly crap actually affects people's comfort level then I'm betting you have never traveled more than 10 miles away from home.

You either love America or you don't. No need for all of the twisted contorted rhetoric it is unbecoming. I did not say that I am the only one. The majority of Americans love this country. It is the few, the Michael Moors and the "meet with the terrorists" progressive left that don't appear to care one bit about the country.

They make their fortunes like a pack of hypocrite dogs from big corporations and instead of living the American dream they have to go out and make everyone else's life miserable who are struggling to make ends meet. They criticize the average person who keeps a gun locked in the house to protect their family and simply believes in God.

Progressives are not content in just living the American dream they have to discourage the dreams of other especially our youth and inundate them with advertisements that continuously push the limits of what a young mind really can be sustained healthily upon. Plastic barbi doll world with a Las Vegas style strip mall in every town...

That is the liberal progressive ideal of paradise...

RexRed, you are touching on a very real phenomena, that being that Democrats include alot of interest groups that are based on greviences. Unhappy people to put it bluntly. Conservatives are just individuals out here that are grateful to be living in this country, and proud of the country.

The title of this topic is extremely dishonest.

She never said hate and wow, shes proud of her country for once, Whip-de-do

"You either love America or you don't"? Rex, why does it actually matter?
Why does it matter if she "loves" a giant clump of dirt in the northern hemisphere or not? Is it because you just happen to live on the, said clump of dirt that you feel this desire to crap out this thread?

You are a Drama-Queen.

Left, right, independent, who cares, as long as they are strong enough to clean up the bullshit left behind by George "Lets rape this country in the ass" Bush.

EDIT: Ignore me, I forgot my meds.

Meanwhile the conservatives have actually put our youth in debt beyond anything a liberal could have ever imagined. But then conservatives are like a serial killer that can't stop himself and blame others when allowed to continue in destructive ways.

No action by a state should be able to diminish in any way the value of the collective vote of it's citizens.

The only asses I see are the democratic party trying to dick Hillary Clinton out of the nomination.

Since when do some states delegates only get a half of a vote?

The Democrats can't even make logical and fair democratic rules for a primary election for their own party, and then follow them, let alone run a country. I think at the very least, they should rename their party to Democratic Partly Party. At least put an asterisk next to the name, Democratic, as in Democratic (*) Party.

You seem to be an expert in the laws and by-laws of the Democratic Party.

Can you please give me the relevant numbers/texts of those, okie, why they got these votes at all?

Thank you.

No I can't, Walter. Maybe you would provide us the pleasure of the exact rules of the party. I don't happen to care, but a knowledge of the rules is not required to figure out that they are making determinations as they go, not exactly according to script, and not exactly giving the voters of Michigan and Florida the same value as voters in other states.

I happen to think the whole idea of super delegates was pretty dumb and arrrogant to start with, and I think the process should have amply demonstrated that to everyone by now. That is just one problem, besides the Florida and Michigan problems.

Having super delegates clearly demonstrates the party values the opinions of party insiders, or power brokers, more than the average citizens out here. It means the party does not respect and value or trust average citizens, which is not a surprise by the way. Since I am not a Democrat, it doesn't bother me, but if I was I would be fighting to have it changed pronto.

Well, okie, you asked since when since some states delegates only got a half of a vote?

I've only read that the party had decided at first, no delegates at all would get a vote.

Obviously, there are some pary laws and by-laws.

However, you are the opinion that no such is necessary to run a party.

Okay for me, but I don't like anarchy - even when many parties throughout the world behave like such (and disregard their own rules, laws, and by-laws quite frequently)

Thanks.

I am curious how you can know they are "making determinations as they go" if you don't know what the rules are?

The rules say the rules and bylaws committee gets to decide based on a process. The committee did that as the rules said they should. They followed the rules as they were supposed to.

A. Pursuant to the 2008 Delegate Selection Rules, the Call to the 2008 Democratic National
Convention and these Regulations, the RBC shall have jurisdiction to hear and decide any
challenge (provided that it is initiated before the 56th calendar day preceding the date of
the commencement of the 2008 Democratic National Convention):

Sounds like Hillary has a constitutional case against the dems. (We will only give you enough so you don't win.) How about a re-vote?

Now, you are aware that the Republicans punished FL and a few other states - by taking half of their votes away? This cycle? Laughing

You going to insist on being the Republican* party?

too funny
