Yes, it's true, it's official!
My sister and I, and possibly my son and his g/f are meeting up with Sglass in February. We fly in to Honolulu on the 3rd of Feb, and will fly to Hilo the next day. We are going home on the 12th. Tickets are booked, rooms are being considered, car rentals are being discussed...
Sglass is at a meeting so will check in here later - everybody's invited, so come on down!
<begins to fit pontoons to tractor tires>
I wish I could come, drink Mai Tai and hang out at the beach with you guys, but it most definitely won't work out.
Just booked my son and his girlfriend's tickets, too
I'm so excited!
Im jealous already, and you are not even in the air port
Have fun !
Never mind, shewolf... I'm still going to do that road trip to New Mexico... but I'll hoist one for you, never fear. Wish you were coming. I know CJ was just there... but I do hope Dys would get those pontoons on ...
you let me know when you head over to that dust bowl place...
I'll be right behind ya.
I will come and pick you up, how's that?
Talk at cha in the am, will make some phone calls.
Alooooooooooha!
I'm now on the Yangtze River, but just checking in to bookmark.
My wife and I are due for a trip to Hawaii, because I have a Polynesian relative I've yet to meet on Oahu.
embarassing question
do you need a passport to go to hawaii?
I KNOW you dont.. but a few of my friends INSIST they did..
eh?
Only the residents of some countries restricted by the state department; all US citizens are free to visit any state of the union - without a passport.
# 7-- Do I need a passport to travel to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands
(St. Thomas, St. John, St. Croix), or Guam?-- NO! These are still in the U.S.
Unless you are connecting planes or ships in a foreign country, you do not need a passport to go to the above U.S. destinations.

Girl all you need is an airline ticket;
Aloha
Any non-US residents will need one. Cdns don't need one to travel within Canada but do to go anywhere else. Same goes for US residents within USA.
Got my new passport and I don't look like a felon - imagine that.
Looking for an economical place to stay in Honolulu coming and going - we're just going to be crashing but I'd like it to be clean and not too too far from the airport. Any ideas?
[B]Message for Mame, made call to Hawaii am waiting for call back about reasonable hotel accommendations in Oahu. Stay tunes.
I spent Christmas in Hawaii several years ago. It was a bit jarring for
this New Englander, but so beautiful. [Sigh]
