If racial hatred is learned then I would think that you could look back in history or look around today and point out a multi-cultural country that had no racial friction because it had been untaught or becauese it had never been taught. Otherwise, the idea that you can un-teach what appears to be human nature is just a politically correct theory.
And Iceland is an example of where there are no racially-motivated rapes, murders, robberies, and assaults. There are no neighborhoods in Iceland that any group fears going into because racial hatred keeps them out. There is no racially-based job or housing discrimination.
If you introduced large numbers of Arabs and Africans into Iceland you would introduce racial friction. I think Iceland is imbalanced and could benefit from multi-culturism. The question is how much racial hatred do they want to endure?
