The cause of racial hatred is personal inadequacy within the hater. If there were no other races at hand the hatred might be generalized between a great many things or it might focus on some other group, real or arbitrarily rated for the purpose. The inadequacey and the propensty for hatred does not diminish simply because there are no other races in the neighborhood. That being said, I have a real aversion to skunks, okra and road hogs. I guess my rage is of the generalized kind.
