Crime/100,000 Population
-------------------------------
US : 4160.51
UK : 9927.80
Iceland : 14,726.85
Racial tension or no racial tension - Iceland really doesnt seem to be a very attractive place !!!
United States murders per 100,000 = 9.4
Japan murders per 100,000 = 0.6
Iceland murders per 100,000 = 0.4
America has over 20 times the rate of murders than Iceland.

I’m not making the point that mono-racial societies have the least violence. There are many factors involved in that. Over 30 million people were murdered by the Marxists in the Soviet Union, skewing their statistics. You can have violent mono-racial societies, as well.
I am saying they are absent of racially motivated violence. Israel would still have violent crime if she were mono-racial, she would just not have Palestinians blowing up Jews going to prayer, or Palestinians machine gunning Jewish teenagers at discos.
I’m concerned about ethnic cleansing, such as what has been advocated by many Hispanic groups concerning retaking the American Southwest and cleansing the gringos out. I have relatives in Arizona. What will happen to them? Shouldn’t we be concerned about the hazzards of racial diversity? Or should we just pretend that there are no hazzards and demonize those who bring reality up?

You know, it takes you a long time to get to your point.
I'm willing to bet your whole long winded point is that we should stop letting Mexicans in.

If racial hatred is learned then I would think that you could look back in history or look around today and point out a multi-cultural country that had no racial friction because it had been untaught or becauese it had never been taught. Otherwise, the idea that you can un-teach what appears to be human nature is just a politically correct theory.
Look. I never said racial hatred is learned.
I also never said there was a single country without racial hatred.
You keep asking for insipid examples about things I never once said.
Find your own damn examples and stop bugging me to come up with crap I am not looking for.
Mr. Apisa, the fact that I condition Israeli action with Syrian aggression proves that my characterization is right. In absence of Syrian attempts of attacking its neighbors the missiles mentioned will remain idle forever.

If I became convinced that the continual flow of Hispanics into the Southwest would create the strong possibility of La Raza accomplishing their goal of creating Aztlan and ethnically cleansing my family from Arizona, of course I would vote to stop immigration from Hispanics.
Remove the "if". You already have, and this whole thread is an attempt to make that position seem founded in reason.
There are easy ways to make anti-immigration policies seem rational. You chose a way that is guaranteed to fall flat outside of a KKK meeting.

No, I have not come to the conclusion about whether La Raza will come through with the ethnic cleansing of the Southwest. "If" I do come to that conclusion I'll join other good people that will succeed, I hope, in smashing them.
Or do you think that ethnic cleansing is OK if it is done to the gringo. From what I have read of your posts, I think your answer would be to oppose La Raza.
having been around La Raza for quite a few years i am puzzled by your declaration of their intent. Would you also say that NAACP is intent on ethnic cleansing?
It's my humble opinion that this discussion has already gone over the deep end. c.i.
dyslexia: an Hispanic friend who use to be a racist and a member of La Raza gave me these quotes:
Charles Truxillo, professor, University of New Mexico: "Republica del Norte," the Republic of the North, which would include the present U.S. states of California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, plus southern Colorado, along with several current Mexican states, is "an inevitability." The new "Hispanic homeland" should be brought into being "by any means necessary."
Jose Angel Gutierrez, professor, University of Texas, Arlington; founder of La Raza Unida political party; and beneficiary of American generosity: "We have an aging white America. . . . They are dying. . . . They are shi*tting in their pants with fear! I love it!" "We have got to eliminate the gringo, and what I mean by that is if the worst comes to the worst, we have got to kill him."
Augustin Cebada, Brown Berets: "Go back to Boston! Go back to Plymouth Rock, Pilgrims! Get out! We are the future! You are old and tired. Go on. We have beaten you. Leave like beaten rats. You old white people. It is your duty to die. . . . Through love of having children, we are going to take over."
David Lopez, sociologist, California State University, Northridge: "In 1848, Mexico lost the war, but in 2050, Mexico will have reclaimed what was rightfully theirs."
Having family in Arizona, I am worried. I think we should all have the "never again" attitude.

A) Mexicans are not out for ethnic cleansing. They come to America in hopes of a better life. If what you reference is substantiated in reality at all it is a small segment of the immigrants.
B) I don't believe for a moment that you have not yet made up your mind.
In this post of yours you jump at what you think is a person who might agree with you.
First you commit the fallacy of "Appeal to Flattery" and butter her up a bit then try to suggest that immigration be curbed.
JosephMorgan wrote:Phoenix: Supposing for the moment, as you have suggested, that we have "enough racial diversity". what would you propose to do about it?
Good question. Of course, seeing the truth and making decisions based upon truth and not dogma has its own apparent benifits.
If America has generated enough racists and racial friction we should end immigration, in my opinion.
You see, this is the danger of ignorance. If we are simply generating racial hatred by increasing racial diversity, when will the benifits of multi-culturalism be outweighed? We must look for balance. Right?
Do we really want to become as bad as multi-cultural Israel or Brazil?
Don't make up crap about not having an agenda. It's been pretty clear.
Anyone can find crackpots of stupidity about any topic. I have lived in the southwest all of my adult life in and around the folks of La Raza and have never encountered such ideas.
Craven, you are right. People should not be concerned for their family, because, I now realize, that racial cleansing never happens. And if it does happen, its probably a very pleasent experience. I'll not worry about my family in Arizona anymore.

Those three Hispanics are whistling Dixie: The last census of the year 2000 shows the following: Total US population: 281,421,906.
Hispanic or Latino of any race: 35,305,181 or 12.55%. All Others: 246,116,088 or 87.45%. When is this takeover by Mexico supposed to happen? To your answer, I say bullsh*t. c.i.
Here are more.
"We have an aging white America. They are not making babies. They are dying. The explosion is in our population.... I love it. They are shitting in their pants with fear. I love it.", "We have got to eliminate the gringo, and what I mean by that is if the worst comes to the worst, we have got to kill him."-- Professor Jose Angel Gutierrez, University of Texas.
"We are practicing La Reconquista in California." --Jose Pescador Osuna, Mexican Consul General
"I have proudly affirmed that the Mexican nation extends beyond the territory enclosed by its borders and that Mexican migrants are an important - a very important - part of this."; Mexican President Ernesto Zedillo, Chicago on July 23, 1997.
"There's a growing feeling 'Why should we pay for all these senior citizens' if the majority of them are white and all they were willing to pay for was prisons?"--Rodolfo Acuna (professor of Chicano studies at Cal State Northridge)

These lists of quotes you've posted make it increasingly simple to track down the racist sources you're quoting your theories from.
I would not simplify the problem. It is quite possible that the extremist faction(s) promoting such ideas really exist(s). Well, IMO, FBI should take care of these extremists before they became as dangerous as Muslims. And of course, English must be made mandatory for usage in governmental and municipal offices throughout the USA.
Separatism is a very dangerous thing, and it should not be disregarded if it really exists.
After reading some of these postings, the thought that came to mind was:
And to think that we waste money looking for intelligent life on other planets. When will we learn that we need that money to search for intelligent life right here on planet Earth.
OK, a very simple question: did the people that are mentioned by Mr. Morgan really say the things that are quoted? Does the Mexican students' union have such a paragraph in their program? If all this is a lie, no danger exists. If it is truth, the danger is too serious to neglect it.
steissd, You play into the fear-mongering of this administration like it was gospel. It's people like you that scares me more. c.i.
