Women lose some of their iron routinely during the years of menstruation. Occasionally some people, men as well as women, will have iron deficiency anemia and need to iron replacement medication.
Women who cease menstruating will build up iron just as men do. Too much iron can cause problems - I could list them once but forget at this point.

One good thing about jogging regularly. It keeps me regular. Don't know why. Maybe everything just gets shaken down.

It is for me. After they took the "Magical Mystery Tour" (aka a colonoscopy) through my plumbing, they told me I had diverticulosis. So no corn, nuts, or seeds for George. (TMI?)

9 1/2 months - nuts may be too much during induction; but, dp okay unless you have problem with aspartame. I forget why Dr Atkins was against it

I am not coming to the end of my induction 2 weeks but I seem to have stagnated somewhat, I have lost ONLY 3kgs, or 6.6lbs !!! How do I kick start it again so that I start losing weight again.

Bill many doctors are against diet pops because they mimic the symptoms of several diseases over time. Two that come to mind are MS and Lupus.
Serious side effects from aspartame, sugar replacements.

HOW BAD ARE SATURATED FATS?? I think I just had 21g of saturated fats, is this allowed on ATKINS????
