Gotta be careful with any woman you meet at a Lobster Factory tough. They are often uneducated and rife with diseases. Of course, this does not make them bad people...

I'm SO confused. When I met Francis in Paris and asked him about pick-up techniques, he started out by informing me to stay away from lobster factories. He said they are for losers.

Hey everybody :-D

I haven't stopped in here for a bit, so I thought I'd give you the latest on my strange unspoken relationship with Frenchy.

It was finally confirmed last week that he does have a girlfriend, so I completely stoppped looking at him and now he's doing everything in his power to get my attention again Laughing
Lord was right on when he predicted what the boy would do.

We had a safety meeting in the metal shop this week and he was arrogant as hell, so I'm thinking that he's not too pleased that he lost my attention.

Here's how the meeting went. We were called into the metal shop for the meeting, so when we got in there, Frenchy walks in front of me and without even looking at me, he says, in French "It's going good" and it took me a few seconds to figure out that he was talking to me.
The way he said it was arrogant and even though it ticked me off a bit, I responded nicely saying "yes, and you?", which is when he just made a face that said "I could be better"!
Then he decides to stand next to me, which was all good, until the safety guy passed around several sheets of paper, which showed pictures of machine jams that could be dangerous.
The papers were being passed so that they got to him before he passed them to me and he made damn sure he was taking to the guy next to him every time it was time to pass me one of the many papers.
He was very arrogant in the way he passed me the papers and by the time he passed me the last one, I wanted to give him a boot in the ass! Laughing

The next day rolls around (Thursday) and since the boss in the metal shop wasn't in, he was in charge of the shop.
This is when I realized how very full of himself that he is because he was like a peacock during mating season and boy, did he sure work very hard at getting my attention Laughing
First he made sure I was in his view at all times and when that didn't work, he kept walking back and forth through my department, while getting closer and closer to me every time, but I was strong and I didn't give him the satisfaction Laughing

One time, at the end of the night, I heard the main doors open and when I turned around to see him there, I spun back around and when I did, my pony tail flung in a way that it looked like I was flipping him off.
That must have pissed him off Laughing

Looks like we had our first fight Laughing

You are over analysing things montana. Relax, make friends not enemies.

I'm not looking to become his enemy at all. I'm crazy about him, but since he's not available, I'm not looking in his direction anymore and he's the one who's copped an attitude with me and I don't think I'm over analysing in the least.
Just because I'm no longer feeding his ego, doesn't give him reason to get all snotty with me.

Jokes and fun aside: I could imagine that him showing now his true face, isn't bad for the viewer (here: Montana) at all.

You're right, Walter. It's good that I had the time to observe him and listen to what others think about him, because I don't want to get hurt again.

The problem is that I'm extremely drawn to him and I just can't seem to shake it Sad

You must get those evil fantasies out of your head Montana. Your obsession with his many physique and charming French ways might send you into a nervous breakdown. Why don't you fantasize about someone who is more approachable - like NickFun!

Sheesh. I've been gone for more than two weeks, and nothing's happened yet. Are you SURE this guy is really French? He must be faking the accent.

Oh Eva, the boy has been going crazy trying to get my attention since it was confirmed that he had a girlfriend, which is when I stopped looking at him.
I was laughing to myself all night Thursday as he struggled desperately to get my attention, but I held my ground and made darn sure I didn't look at him when he was looking in my direction.
It was funny to see him come closer and closer to me as the night progressed and it'll be interesting to see how he acts tomorrow night Laughing

Likes the chase even when it's pointless, huh?

Maybe he IS French after all. Cool

Drive him crazy then. He'll love it.

I am a wrinkle head of frowns here.

You don't want his attention now, and duck your head all the time. Very coy. You see him doing all these elaborate sets of stances, and could be right. How old are you two?

I don't get how a guy who is single with a girlfriend, flirting with another woman, and maybe, gadzooks, switching, is all so horrible. That's what vows are about, you have them and you don't do that. Or you have lovers without vows of whatever kind. Or you're married and do do that, more complicated.

I tend to agree with you, that as a mature person, you finish one thing before leaping to another, generally speaking. And I'm all for fairness re the relationship. But what are you doing thinking these people are committed? That, in part, was a bit of what marriage vows were/are about.

People are more complicatedly divided than the paired and the not paired.

On the other hand, from your descriptions, the guy sounds like a peacock.
Really, Montana, best not to f/k peacocks from work. Also best to not to s/t where you work... that's an old truism for good reason. Not that I've always obeyed it. Still, there are good reasons for the truism.
