I´m busy with the go-go dancers Diane though it´s odd that I was singled out for "The letching man in crowd" role.

Africa - a bully idea (ooops--a filter needs to be put on the Livable Countries thread England obessession). Lions and tigers and bears, oh my. Well, actually, no bears. I could change the Wizardmobile into a safari wagon a la "Hatari." We'd have to wire Red Buttons to see if he wants to join us -- I don't think John Wayne is in good condition for the ride.

Do you think we could convince Red Buttons to come with us? That would be incredible! I loved Hatari, including the score by Henry Mancini (The Baby Elephant Walk is meandering through my mind right now).

Since this is a fantasy, could we ignore the terrorism and focus instead on the beauty of the country and the people?

BTW, before I forget, Embarrassed dear Hebba, I didn't mean to imply that you were the resident letch--just that you were being polite and tipping 20%. LOL.

The Wizardmobile as a safari wagon sounds perfect. What will we need for the trip besides Spam and General Hospital scripts?

Peace&Love whips out her laptop computer and clicks into the internet.

"I'm going to search for a site about giraffes, to find out what they eat. I want to have something to feed them, from the hotel window. What fun! A Safari, with wild animals!"

Peace&Love starts singing, and everyone joins in, singing harmony and the high parts, playing a low drum beat on anything they can find....

"In The Jungle, The Mighty Jungle, The Lion Sleeps Tonight."

Ooh, Born Free, the origin of me name!

Gotta go commune with the lions, though they might want me for lunch. Probably a lot safer to commune with the zebras (or, as my brother called them when he was a toddler, bezeberts).

On to a place where it's warm and there are large exotic critters and hopefully not too many large exotic insects!

Tally ho in the footsteps of Hemingway and the cast of "The Gods Must be Crazy"!

Careful Setanta, don't eat too many of those brownies, they're magic, ya know. And too much magic may not be the best for our navagator......or maybe you operate better when magicified.

Okay, an African destination sounds great but exactly where in Africa? Lake Victoria and Victoria Falls is beautiful this time of year and I promise to abstain from the Brownies until we get there. Meanwhile, is there anyone we left at Lola's to watch things? I left my laptop there.

Never fear, GW, we left Fifi, Jeffers, Withers, Prudence (Prudy) and a few cats to watch the place. I'm sure Withers has taken care of your lap top.....top priority at my place, second only to the happiness of my guests.

Oh my ~ are those coke bottles falling from the sky ~ where are we?

Shouldn't have eaten the shrooms ~ Lola, please pass the seltzer ~ pyramids along the nile brightly colored ~ zebras dapple gray, Arabian horses stripped ~ I'll just sit for a moment... was that a Yeti!

Stradee believes nap appropriate ~ she's seeing northern lights and we've not entered Alaska yet..........arn't we supposed to take a right at Bozeman, then straight to Canada, left at Victoria, then right to Alaska? or is it North to Alaska.......

It appears we have an endless source of Brownies, a little gift from Heaven.........I was going to tell everyone something...........but I forgot what it was.......let's see, it had to do with something about how good it feels to step into a nice warm shower when it's cold outside and you've been out in the snow and your clothes are all wet and you're hungry and a peanut butter and banana sandwich with tomato soup would taste really goooood, but first you have to pull off the wet clothes and ...............yeah, Stradee, look at that glacier.........wow....hummmm.........wow....what was I saying?

That's now the WizardSUVAfricatrekkermobile (and it's not using any gasoline!) We are bumping along the African veldt trying to think of countries we can attack to secure their supply of Spam and old soapopera scripts (guess where? -- I see a UN Resolution in our future). Okay, I'll get the hell out of the poltical threads (more leakage -- Craven must be sleeping).

The cats will probably be sleeping on top of my laptop -- I've caught one of mine there when it's closed for the leftover heat.

Look -- there's a lion, and a panther and a hippo and...Marnie.
Marnie? Hope someone will pick up on that.
