BillW, I was going to see Rosie last night, but the brownies got to me too. Fell asleep right here in my chair and had to be helped to my bed by Jeffers and Fifi.
I had a great day today. Victory over the Republican lawyers and smarty, fraudlent money grubbers who were trying to cheat Lola. YAY Tomorrow we should have a celebration. Tonight I must go to bed. Very pooped. Very happy.

Welcome Lady Fatima! Tis Lady Blue here - so very glad to see you. Did Withers fix you right up yet? I think I'll just go for hot tea with lots of lemon squeezed in it - getting over a wretched cold. Anyway, I will just slide back over to my usual position in the Salon (prone, right behind the burgundy leather couch). Makes for interesting dreams some nights, I'll tell ya! Other times it is nice to be feeling cozy and settled somewhere I won't be stepped on and yet part of the action.
Withers brings Cobalt an air mattress and blankets, pillows when she refuses to be escorted to her guest room upstairs.
Good, good to see you Fatima. If you can't find your way home, not knowing where you are (in NYC across the street from Washington Square Park.) you're also welcome to stay in a guest room upstairs. In the morning Fifi will bring you breakfast and coffee. See you all tomorrow.

Fatima and Cheshire agreeing on a mutually beneficial arrangement, are curled in the corner. Cheshire is *softly* leaning against fatima's head.

I save my best language skills for those I dislike the most. Sorry, I hope I didn't offend. But this guy didn't get away with me what he usually gets away with. Most people aren't able to take him on and win. He's got deep deep pockets and the ability to bribe. But he didn't get away with it this time. He made two mistakes and I was there, not giving up (plus I had an excellent lawyer.) And I am both relieved and happy about it. Not to mention that my little taste for blood has been satisfied for now. What? You guys haven't seen my demonic side before? I only get this way if someone does me wrong. And this guy tried to do me way wrong. His lawyer was vicious and played so unfair, he was the talk of the legal community. But enough of that. I'm quenched and very satisfied.
Let's enjoy the rest of the evening. I'm glad to see that Fatima and Cheshire have creatively found a way to co-exist. But watch him, Fatima. He's a tricky old cat.
