They still seem to hold a surprising number of seats and positions for a dead party.

I think there were probably quite a few times in the period between 1945-1980 where the Republican party could have been pronounced 'dead.' Don't rush to judgement.

Because I can think for myself, unlike you and I do not follow any party lines other than my own conscience. I can see right through you because of this and you are nothing but a brainless collection of talking points that prove only that you are incapable of an original thought of your own.

So you can push your color thing and toss out Hitler's name all you want but most Americans see this for what it is. Nothing but radical left wing special interest partisan politics... And you are the one OUT THERE my friend.

So when I use words like patriotism, loyalty and respect for God, my country AND president... I ACTUALLY MEAN IT.

I was going to say blow it out your arse but you've already done a remarkable job of that.

If you are "my friend" I hope to hell I don't have any enemies!

Left wing my ass..... every rotten pile of bullschitt that is going on is pure rabid right/republican evil and that includes the patriot act.

If you want to believe in science fiction that is your choice but please spare me your phony patriotism, loyalty and all that BS.

You not only cannot see through me, you don't have a freaking clue about me.

The best thing about the state of the union speech is watching Jon Stewart make fun of it afterward.

I watched & listened to that "State of bu$h" speech. What a pathetic moron. Same stupid speech for 5 yrs in a row and they had us almost believeing that bozo had "news" ROTFLMAO!

Speaking of that silly speech:

Sheehan Wasn't Welcome But a Saudi Accused of Support for al Qaeda Was

by Jeremy Scahill

While Cindy Sheehan was being dragged from the House gallery moments before Bush delivered his State of the Union address for wearing a t-shirt honoring her son and the other 2,244 US soldiers killed in Iraq, Turki al-Faisal was settling into his seat inside the gallery. Faisal, a Saudi, is a man who has met Osama bin Laden and his lieutenants on at least five occasions, describing the al Qaeda leader as "quite a pleasant man." He met multiple times with Taliban leader Mullah Mohammed Omar. Yet, unlike Sheehan, al-Faisal was a welcomed guest of President Bush on Tuesday night. He is also a man that the families of more than 600 victims of the 9/11 attacks believe was connected to their loved ones' deaths.

Last year, The New York Times pointed out that "he personally managed Riyadh's relations with Osama bin Laden and Mullah Muhammad Omar of the Taliban. Anyone else who had dealings with even a fraction of the notorious characters the prince has worked with over the years would never make it past a U.S. immigration counter, let alone to the most exclusive offices in Washington."

During his speech, Bush said, "It is said that prior to the attacks of September the 11th, our government failed to connect the dots of the conspiracy." Perhaps he should have just looked over his wife's shoulder up there in the gallery during the State of the Union.

If you didn't watch it then who really cares what you have to say about it?

If Amigo watched any one of the other four he/she has already seen it. Bu$h is nothing but one stupid memorized speech. Matter of fact I think he just moves his lips & a hidden recording plays that same old same old over and over!

Besides you don't have to watch the idiot to know what he was trying to recite.... it was on the web to read within a couple minutes of Mr. Stupid starting to speak.

al-Faisal didn't wear a t-shirt. Maybe Sheehan should take notes.

I failed to see where he's killed anyone. Apparently he met with bin Laden and Taliban folks. I don't know if he was up to no good, or was attempting diplomatic relations ("Please don't bomb us"), but I don't think Scahill knows either. Maybe his explanation for meeting with Mullah Omar (to "convey an official Saudi request to extradite Osama bin Laden") is accurate. In any event, he's the current ambassador to the U.S. ...... by all means, let's prevent him from attending.

Not to mention the fact that it was not Bush who kicked Momma Sheehan out the Capitol door ... unless you folks thinks Bush controls the Capitol Police?

Now just how do you know exactly how many people he has or hasn't killed? Can you prove he hasn't killed anyone?

Bush has also been most cozy with the Taliban folk as well ... so much so that he gave them somewhere between 45-75 Million dollars in Spring/Summer of 2001.

You and I both know he wasn't after extradition ... who in the Arab world wants Osama in his jail unless they're suicidal!

Nah, we have to invite him, he probably had another cash payoff for the Bush Admin for keeping the oil prices hyper-inflated!

And we both know the Capitol Police threw out the wife of a Republican Congressman for her improper dress as well. This remains a non-issue, as I've stated before!

If that was so then I would not be for gay marriage and I would not have had my reservations about Alito? Why don't you read what I write instead of injecting what you expect I should think.

You just feel guilty because you swallow your partisan talking points whole. You have to belittle me to reconcile the fact that you do not chew things up and think for yourself...

I hope it makes you feel better but don't expect me to side with such blind obedience to the radical left or right.

You are so fourth grade.

Your cartoon avatar says it all.

Not much to see through to... you'd be a danger to yourself if you could successfully put two thoughts together.

I would be your friend if you were even the slightest bit "friendly". Who needs enemies when you are your own worst enemy... When ignorance is virtue well, swear and be vulgar must be your motto. Forget about being cognitive... you are incapable of such loft.

It must be hard living with yourself considering how vile you can be.

Was it the gay marriage comment? You must be a left wing homophobe! Or was it my being patriotic? Well, you can stand proudly in line with all of your America hater "friends" instead.

Such a tall order for that small pea brain of yours.

Recess is over...
