A pic of the necklace, littlek? Yer killin me. Honestly, I don't think it would show up to well in a photo. I don't do gawdy.....my jewelry is very understated and simple.

How about I just send the necklace and bracelet to ya?

Rae - ok, and I'll send you a check.

Not jog not run, just sorta trot. When I quit smoking I ran. Just sprints until my lungs hurt and then I could jog a couple laps around the dog park - I have no idea what distance. But, MY GOD, that was good. I felt like a colt, born again.

Walking would be a better option for me.....just have to get off my butt and do it. Don't ask me why, but Monday is MY day for changes. (This Monday, I mean.)

I woke up at 5:30 this morning, stared at the ceiling forever and thought 'I could be walking right now.....no traffic, still fairly cool outside' and I didn't do it.

Monday.

Now that I've said/written it, I feel obligated.

Ya'll need to keep on my arse. :wink:

Rae -- One thing that might help is to not drink things that go well with cigarettes. For example, beer and cigarettes are like a cup & saucer, but wine sort of makes them taste icky. Coffee & cigarettes are another great combo, but herb tea won't make you be looking around for a smoke.

I mean, can you imagine smoking while drinking milk? Ugh. Even a glass of water and smoking is a bad combo. I knew a woman who was so addicted to smoking that she had to have something to do with her hands. She was hypnotized to replace the cigarettes with a glass of water. She always had a glass of water in her hand, but she wasn't smoking!

I love littlek's idea of running until your lungs hurt. Can you do that on the beach? Another thing is to do Yoga breaths. There's one called the soldier's breath or breath of strength (or something like that). Basically you sniff in through your nose in rhythm three times, then expel all the air at once out your mouth. Great while walking because you can do it with your steps. (Sniff/step, Sniff/step, Sniff/step, Blow/step.)

I'm pulling for ya, we all are. Keep it up.
