Men lie to get what they want.Once you realise and accept it life becomes less disapointing.

material girl - It sounds like you have been hanging around with losers. Not all men are liars. If you accept the idea that all men ARE liars, it will become a self-fulfilling prophecy, and you will always attract losers.

Keep your head on straight, and the stars out of your eyes, and really listen to what the men are saying to you. Then compare what they are saying with their actions.

Go with your "gut" feelings. After awhile, if you work at it, you will have a better handle about how to pick the good guys from the no-goods.

I think a lot of times it isn't a case of lying as much as men and women speak 2 different languages and I can't find my translation dictionary.

The old book, "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus" addresses the gender differences in communication, and may be helpful.

Men seem to get over 'lying situations' a hell of alot more quickly than women do.
I dont think men show their hurt the same way we do, and because they sem to get over it quickly they deserve to be treated like they have no feelings.


I havnt had many men in my life, most of my observations are from other peoples relationships.

Im very aware that if what he is saying doesnt match up to what he is doing then he is a no hoper, may be why there have been few men in my life.
Ive learnt to see through people and work out the good from the bad.
I have developed a built in bullsh*t detector.
I dont know if thats good or bad coz it means that no bloke is good enough.

I am disgusted by naughty magazines, I have never engaged in spanking sessions on the kitchen table and most of all, I never bullsh*t.
