Well then, I must ask is this your way of saying he is actually a genius? Think about it. On one hand he referred to as not being at all bright and then we are told (by you) that neither he nor his writers have a gift for words. Now, whereas this may in some way be true (at least to the uninformed); it begs the question as to how pathetic the writers for the other side must be since George Bush won two consecutive elections. Even if one wants to dispute the first election victory, the fact is he won the 2004 election and at that point in time people had heard him a number of times. People had seen him in action and yet they voted for him again any way. According to your (and others) dim assessment of President Bush this would then say that the people themselves are dumber than sticks since it was the people who voted for George Bush.

I submit to you that George Bush is quite intelligent, bordering on genius level and it is this fact which scares the masses of negative nellies from the left. You are terrified by the idea that someone has finally presented real and legitimate solutions to the world's problems...how will you sleep at night once world peace and harmony are in place?

As the saying goes
fool me once shame on you.
Fool me twice shame on me.

The American people as if coming out of a stupor are beginning to realize the extent of the damage this $#%^& president has and is doing to the nation and the rest of the world community.
I would suggest they look in he mirror to find those responsible.

Its funny. Everyone in Washington that talks with Bush, interacts with Bush, or has discussions with Bush all say he is articulate, intelligent and coherant.

Only the partisan anti-Bush crowd actually believes him to be "illiterate", "incoherant", etc...

It's too bad that hatred blinds so many to so much.

Well we know Jews are very intelligent and they control the media. Somehow Jews give deference to Likudniks and they have manipulated the polls, spin and news to let their Golem (GWB = Golem Will Bark) do the task for them.

I find the left wingers on this thread to be loquacious but lacking in facts.

l. George W. Bush was not wiped out in the debates with the policy wonk, Al Gore. No one has attempted to explain that. If Bush were indeed so inarticulate, how could he have had three debates with the most articulate Gore and not be defeated.

Not even Joe from Chicago will touch that one. He can't find the answer in his law crib notes.

2. Many of the people writing on these threads have taken the SAT test. George Bush took the SAT test. Those who do fairly well on the SAT are not necessarily articulate, but I am certain there is a correlation.

How did George W. Bush do on his SAT's? He scored 120.

Who is Bill Bradley? Former Senator Bradley!!! He ran in the 1990 Presidential Primaries. He was also a RHODES SCHOLAR!!!!

How did he do on his SAT? He scored LOWER than President George W. Bush did on the verbal section.

As I said, Joe from Chicago and others write nothing but generalizations. They have no facts. Chew on the facts above. Rebut them if you wish to try. They will stand because they are accurate.

I am sure that Old Europe and AU1929 appear to know almost nothing about intelligence scores. I am sure they don't know where a 120 IQ puts a person on the normal curve.

Of course, there are people who have higher IQ's than Bush but a high IQ does not mean that they will be good leaders.

Who had a higher IQ than Bill Clinton?

Yet, the famous presidential scholar, Dr. Fred I. Greenstein from Princeton who is an authority on leadership, wrote:

"The politically gifted ,EMOTIONALLY CHALLENGED William Jefferson Clinton provides yet another indication of the fundamental importance of EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE in the modern presidency>"

The brilliant, HIGHLY ARTICULATE, Bill Clinton didn't do a great deal that the left wing would label as positive during his presidency.

Some wish to credit Clinton with the success of the economy, but it can be shown that the true steward of the economy was not Bill Clinton but rather the Maestro- Alan Greenspan.

What did Clinton do during his presidency?

l. He signed NAFTA--(The Unions and left wing loved that--oh yes)

2. He granted most favored nation status to China ( The Unions and left wing loved that--Oh yes)

3. He signed the welfare bill after the GOP hounded him with proposal after proposal ( The left wing, The Edelmans loved that--Oh yes)

He actually did very little in his eight years that was positive--

But he did manage to get himself impeached by the House of Representatives on the charge of Obstruction of Justice.

His stunning leadership led the the defeat of the Democrats in 1994. Clinton was responsible for heading the Democratic Party when the Democrats fell apart to lose the House and the Senate. THEY HAVE NOT REGAINED IT SINCE.

George W. Bush has been elected twice. Moreover, in the off year of 2002, when a party is supposed to LOSE seats, the Republicans gained seats.

Now, I posted FACTS.. Rebut them or they stand.........

I apologize- Talk 72000. I erred. Bush has an IQ of 120 based on the calculations made with his SAT score.

You know this is not helping since the minimum score on verbal is 200.

But, talk 72000, as you may find, I NEVER post without sources

If you are interested, you may go to

http://www.slate.com/id/73787/

and you will discover that President Bush did indeed have a 566 verbal on the SAT( back before the SAT was recentered and made easier). This compares with a 485 verbal SAT for Bill Bradley who was--now get this---
MAGNA CUM LAUDE IN HISTORY AND A RHODES SCHOLAR.

Bush's total SAT was not 120 but rather 1205.

Correlations with IQ scores show that people who score 1205 have an IQ of around 120.

I can provide more information, if necessary, Talk 72000, but note that I do not bloviate without giving sources and evidence, like Joe from Chicago does.

SAT scores and IQ has nothing to do with the wisdom and experience needed to be President or any other elected official.
