Of course there is.

Remember, when you wake up tomorrow morning, you'll have a clean slate. You can start all over. We get the gift of a brand new day every time we wake up.

Noddy, I am with Eva on this one.

After what you have been through girl, an occasional binge is a GOOD thing. Lets see can I match this I'll try.

Friday night had garlic bread and salad for tea, followed by large bar of chocolate, two large glasses of wine another half a bar of chocolate, two slices of cake, another glass of wine. Hold your dominion.

Bless me, A2Kers, for I have sinned...
I spent last wek on a Boston/Bermuda cruise.
I cannot begin to catlogue my offenses.
The greatest was probably the Midnight Chocoholic Buffet.
On the other hand, I got in a jog or a substantial walk every day.
Tomorrow, I'll see what Mr. Scale has to say.
(Dies irae, dies illa...)

Hey KP, way to go, man! You da bomb.

Eva, hiama--

Thanks for the kind words. Today, because of the chill, I put on a pair of slacks that I haven't worn for three weeks. I haven't lost any pounds, but those slacks are going to need hemming.

I slept well last night--and survived another challenging day.

Dominion holding--at present bon bons are over the border, but not totally inaccessible.

Keep holding - just one dodgy day - it's not a lifetime!

George,

Sounds like a nice trip.

Noddy-you are our inspiration, I'll be thingking of you as I cross the line of my first triathlon, once the docs have done their worst.

Margo, hiama--

Thanks for the kind words. I think I'm back on the paths of virtue, now.

Yesterday in my travels I saw an XL wheelchair--a real double wide. The passenger--guy with a broken leg--could really have used a little bit more room.

Dominion holding.

Man, I love all you fine dominion-holders!

How did I cheat? let me count the ways - 1/2 of a soft-serve ice cream from the ice cream truck yesterday - the other half is in the freezer.

A biiiiiiiiiig glob of hummous with my very virtuous grilled lamb chops last night.

I don't care. I feel good, the pants that aren't too big, fit.

My chart looks like a clothesline, _________

I've been the same weight for three weeks despite being 'pretty good' about my program.

Okay, this week.... solid.

I'm thinking of ditching the sensible eating and healthy diets and going on a cake diet. I feel full up after cake, and I don't need the protein as I'm not growing. Could take vitamin pills as well.

I'm still doing South Beach, and still enjoying it.

After several years of wearing long skirts, I bought a short dress yesterday. (A little shorter than knee length.) Several people at church commented on how good I looked and noticed I'm thinner these days. That really felt good.

We're supposed to leave on Saturday for our cruise...providing, of course, that it's safe to fly into Tampa then. (We're watching the developing storms.) Just found out today that the ship has carb counts on the menu. Not that I won't indulge a little anyway, but at least I'll have some good alternatives, right?

Cruise? I'm envious--even if with your new svelte figure you're sailing in hurricane season.

Calories over salt water are discounted by 10% particularly if you hike the deck every morning.

Whistles at church absolve a few lapses.

Hold your dominion.

Well that has to be true. Now, I don't know about the South Beach diet - does it allow you veggies? Because I like them.

I've been having fun with food since the triathlon - I haven't even weighed myself yet but I know the honeymoon period will have to end soon and the good work needs to continue.

If I was anywhere near "lean" then I'd be less self-critical.

Dominion's slipped my grasp but I'm chasing it and will have a firm hold again soon! Laughing
