The man I married just bought a dozen krispy kreme donuts into our home. I'd shoot him right now if I thought I could get away with it.

You just need will power in three or four low-cal, low-carb flavors.
Be strong, strong, strong.

Noddy I only just heard about your broken leg and checked in on another thread and saw the history of your bone embrittlement.
You are an inspiration, I feel quite inadequate, I think I'll sit here a bit in your shadow and absorb some of your grace

Hiama--
Again, thanks for the kind words. Please remember, I've had 20-odd years to get used to the Family Curse of the Damned James Bones.

Magnificent! Not a crumb of Krispy Kreem--will power in spades!
My newest dieting secret? Mr. Noddy is not nearly as good a cook as I am. Oscar Wilde and I can resist anything except temptation.
Hold your dominions.

Further, Mr. Noddy has not yet met a Krispy Kream--let alone brought home a dozen. This week he did toddle in with a 10 pounds ham and a lemon meringue pie that fell into the grocery cart, but I put the pie up high.

Has anyone had any experience with Trim-Spa? We don't get it in Canada, so I was just curious if it worked or not.

Joe--
We're still parallel. I weighed 126 this morning.
I don't think a Physical Therapist is not quite like a Personal Trainer, but she comes to the house twice a week--free. In addition to exercises for keeping muscle tone in my legs, I'm allowed partial situps. Heaving the walker around is doing wonders for my upper arms--and my abs.
I'd rather be gardening, but I have no excuse for sloth.

Last year om My 1 I looked at myself at 185 lbs and became disgusted with what a blob I'd become and got to work. I also had squinney take pictures of me in my supers, a really disgusting site.
This May 1 I tip the scales at 145, and I can get back into rock stage clothes again. I'm going to try and drop 10 more and I'll be where I want to be.
when I feel like gorging or eating really badly for more than a day, I'll whip out those pictures. I never want to look like that again.
