McTag, the 8 exercise set you mention sounds like the circuit I do, I do 3 circuits and it is a great circuit for all the major muscles. I can do pull or chin ups for the first time in my life and quite a few of them-amazing !

Noddy - I am sorry to be so exhausting, I am actually going to ease up a bit this week, every 4th week is an easy week so far just the 3 swims, 1 bike ride and 1 weight session, nothing now until Sunday
