To lose any more weight - the only way I ever lose and keep it off - I'm going to have to get my body out and doing walkabout. OK, that's the plan. My goal is to get down to 150 eventually, but for now my goal is 160. Shooting for September.
First from 186 to 173, relatively fast, and now down to 163. Lessee, April 06 to June 07, a mere 0.71 lbs a month. That's ok with me, I like slow, no big surprises to my bod. I eat somewhat less bread, and have cut way down to almost nothing on dessert, though I still put away the chocolate milk, and still eat the occasional rich chocolate candy bar, say 2x a month. I'm still not doing enough walking, but I've been gardening.
