Takeaways are SO not the thing when dieting!! I was appalled to see how many calories they pack in.

It was my farewell to junk food.

For lunch today I have salad(usually a sandwich but no bread today)and a banana.

I have awful gut rot now.I blame the take away.

I blame the take away too, mg.

Drink more water than usual today, that might help.

I have this trick of moving meals up a notch. A late breakfast, say 10 or 11, lunch at about 4, then not so hungry for the light supper at 8. Poifect!

Sounds delicious. No, the beef is good, they tested hunger pangs and protein stops them for longest! Anyway, it's good to eke out with non-calorific mushrooms!

You need some protein and or dairy to help you feel full. Water helps too.

Cant do dairy, it makes me poorly, but il look into protein.
Ive found water only prolongs my hunger pangs.

Hmm, Ive heard about goats cheese being rather whiffy, may avoid the milk.
I have some non dairy milk which has been a grea substitute.

Usual brekky with usual low calorie sugar, just eaten some healthy snack popcorn type things tho I saw the packet has more calories than a packet of new baked crisps!!
I have an apple and salad for lunch.

Also made a fruit yoghurt last night wit a punnet of strawberries and avacado, ready for puddin' later. They really fill me up so hopefully wont snack afterwards.

I had fresh mung beansprouts as a snack with a drink and they were good and crispy, and hardly any calories at all; even the wine was only 70, and I added ice to make it last.

Another reason I prefer to focus on exercise rather than food...

I've had a busy day today, had to bake some brownies for a school thing (2/3 for them, 1/3 kept back for us), and do this and that and fit in my workout. I successfully did so, and then came home and exhaled. The brownies were beckoning. I thought no way, I'm not going to erase all of that hassle and hard work with a single snack. I didn't have a brownie.
