Gym session was good today, the benefit of the longer sessions on the rower has helped at the shorter 2500 metres distance:-
5 minutes stretching
20 minutes light weights
2500m rower in 9 mins 48 secs
4 mile on treadmill in best to date 33 mins 22 secs
A few light stretches
Tomorrow leaving the weights alone, will test my Vo2 and do 6 miles on the treadmill-must be a masochist or maybe a presbyterian !
