Right, so morning coffee and what else!?
I had 2 cups of tea, 2 Ryvita crackers with a banana, a handful of nuts and raisins, and a cup of coffee. Lunch, well, I went out with a friend, and had a glass of rosé and a fish soup of generous proportions with gruyere cheese and bread and butter

Dinner, it's going to be lentil and veg curry and rice, a SMALL plate... well, it should be small.
