At long last, sir, have you lost all sense of decency? Crying or Very sad

No more than those who call the president and other admin officials names.

See, this is what happens when your side (anti-Bushees) have a good time name calling. Kinda takes away the high ground when someone from the other side (pro-Bushees) does the same thing.

So I figure very few on this forum have any decency.

What a ridiculous grief competition this thing has become.

Yeah, and we know Sheehan's grief trumps all others. Laughing

Making a rather stiff presumption there, Brand X.

Sheehan and her sister are leaving Crawford because her mother just had a stroke.

Oh here we go again. You STILL fail to see the difference between elected officials and a grieving mother who is a private citizen. DEfending the smearing of the bereaved is just about as low as actually doing it yourself and you reveal more about your own character, or lack thereof, than you do of her.

Losing one's first born son is funny to you?

Would she not have been as upset if it had been her second born son? Because when one of my three sisters was killed I can't imagine if it had been either of the other two that I would have been any more or less devastated.

And my smiley is in reference to the media, not Cindy or her loss.

I guess you have never been a mother or even a sibling, there is usually a little special affinity for your first born not that you love your others any less, the first born is always your baby, so it is different. Rather odd that you would challenge this.

You trivialized Cindy's grief no matter how much you want to backtrack and that is sad.

Thankfully my mother treats us all equally.

Ok, I will concede the public official/public figure debate and change my statement. Here is the revised statement.

No more than those who have called public figures like Pat Robertson or Jerry Falwell or Ann Coulter names. I would list others, but you get my drift.

So I repeat Chrissee, it kinda makes it tough to take the high road when you are guilty of the same thing.

Hope that makes you happier Chrissee. Have a good night.

Oh so you never have been a mother and you are not a woman who is more attuned to how women feel or maybe you just walk around in a daze and aren't aware of most anything that happens around you.

There is very often a special affinity for the first born. I am really surprised that anyone would question this except as a red herring to deflect his lack of compassion being exposed.

How dare you of accusing me of the same thing! None of these people are in a state of grief over losing a son. The fact that you equate these people with Cindy confirms my original assumption.

Anyone who says that God caused 911 as a punishment for feminism is obviously a nut as for Anne Coulter, she is obviously either a nut or someone who is playing one. I suspect the latter.

Wow, equating a grieving mother of a slain American soldier to Anne Coulter....I still can't fathom it.

Obviously you continue to miss my point either purposefully or because you just are not capable of understanding the point I was makine. I should have expected as much.

You are equating people who make their living as public figures promoting the right-wing agenda with a grieving mother who is a private citizen and whose only mission is to ask President Bush why her son died and why others have to.

Sorry but (Thank God) my mind does not work like that and I do not see at all where there is even a similarity between Cindy and those three.

Does the father of your children feel the same about your children as you do?
