I'm sorry, but I agree with the others. "terrorist" is a huge word!

It is an unfortunate thing, but some portion of anti-war movement can easily turn into genuine terrorists. It is an empirical fact.
I hope the current movement is the contrary.

So far I haven't seen anything in this war to prove that, so until I do, I stand with the freedom to protest.

The war has just begun. I hope, for everyone, it ends soon, "soon" especially for those in anti-war movements.

I can't wait for the war to be over as well since I wasn't for it in the first place.

I, too, was not for it. But it has begun. Mass movements have many aspects, and in the context of this war it can be a strategical tool of Saddam Hussein.

A strong will may be needed not to move in a hasty fashion.

Do you mean, we are 'guided' by Saddam propaganda?Ten thousands of (German) schoolchildren part of Iraquian terroristic attacks?

No. But Saddam Hussein must have been expecting the mass movement in the U.S., Europe and other in the world in his merit.

Mass movements create a situation. The situation can be a tool for a dictator.
In politics everything can be a strategical tool.

I am with goldie (au) on this.

I also agree with satt.

Should we happen to suffer domestic terrorism (God forbid) there will be a thinly blurred line between those individuals who have a reasonable difference of opinion with the actions of the present administration and those who wish to do this country harm.

I do not think the war in terms of "game" but feel it as a real life. But I can think politics, containing mass movements, in terms of a game. (I am trained in math.)

You may be trained in math, but I am trained in human nature and I feel there was a better way to deal with this situation than to go and kill innocent people. Jeeeez! I wonder where they're hiding Bush today???? The one who started the whole god damn thing is more protected than anyone is! Doesn't that make anyone think????????????

That isn't one of them, however.

I agree with you on this point. However it does not mean a hasty anti-war movement is a better way. It may be good for an individual, but politics takes advantage of the situation. The individual will is often swallowed into the situation.
