May I utter a word of caution if you feel or have been diagnosed as suffering from Glaucoma.
Applying pressure to eyes that are already under pressure is a recipe for disaster and further damage to the optic nerve.
First steps should be a full eye and pressure test and the use of prescription eye drops to reduce the pressure. Keep your eyes above your heart as much as possible, especially when sleeping.
Check your diet as just one cup of coffee can make the pressure go up by a significant amount for up to 90 minutes.
A 2015 study by the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO) found that Baicalein significantly lowers eye pressure and may act as an all-natural treatment for glaucoma.
