There are two kinds of computers: normal and abnormal.
Normal computer works intelligently, regularly and systematically. It can do a lot of jobs in industrial manufacturing, commercial management and scientific research.
Abnormal computer, especially if its CPU malfunction, would toggle toggle all day all night while can do nothing. It should be sent to the workshop to repair.
