The biggest problem I see here is that JLLLLLLL is talking about "boys and girls" and NOT talking about "men and women" when he speaks of his personal situations. Big maturity difference. Which might also explain the television obsession and belief that everything on tv is real and honest. Just like Jerry Springer and his "15 minutes of fame" junkies.

JLLLLLL, I honestly believe you need to get a grip on reality. Slappy made some good points in his post about the dating scene that there do seem to be quite a few manhunters out there, but is that someone you really want to bring home to meet mom? Probably not. And just as there are those "money grubbing females" out there, there are just as many "money grubbing males" that would love nothing better than to have a sugar mama take care of them.

When I married, I did not marry for money at all. I could have. Instead of marrying the young up and coming exec for United Artist Pictures, I married a grocery store clerk.

Don't be so quick to judge and throw everyone into the same Oprah, Dr. Phil, Maury Povich pot and simply assume every woman is like that. Prejudgement will get you no where.

So...what type of woman are you looking for? A sugar mama?
ones that not a money gruber.

"THE FEMALE"?!?! C'mon now.... Get real and start talking like a grown up. You need to learn to look at women as people and individuals rather than just the animals that make up other half of the "species". And I agree with Bella; you should stop basing your life philosophy on sensational television.
its based on both personal experience and tv too ive had girl freinds that had guys giving the money, bling, hell my first wife was even offered a brand new car just because the guy was crazy about her, also her parents were very wealthy owned a number of candy companys, but her love for me wasnt real it was her pride that made her be with me not her love. thats why i divoriced her. so i still stand by my way of thinking that females dont really love they just want things for themselves if it makes them satisfy their greed. like the man with the trophy wife for all his freinds to admire and constituiants.

Ahhh, so now we see why he has these distorted views. The truth comes out. He's been hurt and now assumes that all women are like the one that hurt him.

Well, JLLLL, I am here to prove you wrong.

My husband was a delivery driver for a furniture company when we met, I was a college graduate with a healthy income. Now, since I have a master's degree, my income exceeds his and I will be the breadwinner for our family when we have children and he will be the stay at home dad. I could have cared less what his income was when we met, what mattered was that he was a responsible adult capable of holding down a steady job regardless of what the income.

Who cares, I love him and he loves me. That is all that matters. Did i care that he wasn't wealthy when we met making 80k right out of college (which by the way he never went to college), nope! I cared about him, was he the type person I would want to be around for the rest of my life and share a family and home with? Did we have a good time together and laugh all the time? yes.

You are deluded to think that all women out there are looking for a man to take care of them. You should be looking for a woman who wants to build a life with you, share a family with you, and do whatever it takes to see that your family gets what it needs.

That said, there are women out there who are gold diggers, just as there are men out there who are gold diggers. But not all women are like that. I would have to question where and how you choose to meet women if all you are meeting are gold diggers. You need to re-evalute how you meet women.

I used to be pensive, now I'm expensive.

JLLLLLL, you should work on your vocabulary, spelling, and grammar. Communication is an important skill in relationships, and you appear to be working with a significant deficit.

Ah, JLLLLLL, please note the key words in dragons post. SHARE. Marriage is about sharing, not one partner over the other. There will be times when the woman is the breadwinner and times when the man is the breadwinner but the point is just what dragon said. To share a life.

Maybe he is claiming to be a handsome, well manner male, unless he is angered? Also an aries and spoiled a little? Nice. Self claiming he is spoiled a little and yet trying to find a woman who doesn't want to be spoiled? A little hypocritical maybe?

Ah, yes, that could be it too. I guess he/she doesn't really want anyone to know what the hell they are saying.

Who knows. sounds like he/she has no idea what they really want either.

You must be hot as hell, but not a gold digger at the same time! i am too shallow to see the person inside, but you must see me for who i am because i don't make a lot of money.

hmmm...interesting.

No, I would say that he is definitely male, but hasnt thought too much about the wording, and how it may be interpreted.

As far as being gay?....No, I dont think so. After all, he describes himself as a "STRONG AMERICAN"........... and we all know that they aren't gay.

Mind you, some of those bodybuilders are a bit suspect.......oh yes, and those WWF guys...some of those like all that grappling just a LITTLE bit too much, in my opinion.

my, why aren't hardworking, honest, loving women flocking to this guy? how bizarre.
... good luck with that is all i have to offer. it will come if you start by sweeping your own house first (ok, that's another slovakism right there, but it conveys the message i hope).
