The CDC Just Gave Us the Biggest Reason to End the Coronavirus Lockdowns

Quote:
According to the CDC’s current best estimate, the case fatality rate of the coronavirus is .4 percent. And that’s just amongst symptomatic cases, which, the CDC estimates, is 65 percent of all cases. This means the CDC estimates that the fatality rate for all infections across all age groups, symptomatic as well as asymptomatic, is approximately .26 percent.

Can't say it enough.

@bobsal u1553115,
Hello Bob. My request for a replacement S.S. card was approved by the S.S.A. As of the time of the posting of this I got an email from S.S.A. confirming this.

I'm glad I took Rebel's advice. I went to "My Social Security" on the S.S.A.'s official website and applied for a new card. If I had gone straight to their sits and applies for a replacement card the regular way I would have ended up wasting $37 for a new replacement card.

I created a "My Social Security" account, logged in and requested the new card for free.

@izzythepush,
I was concerned. I had misplaced so many cards in the past I wasn't sure S.S.A. was going to let me get another one.

@izzythepush,
I haven't had a S.S. card in a long time. I don't recall the last time I ever had one.

S.S.A. doesn't want people laminating their cards. Doing so makes them undetectable.

@izzythepush,
I'm just curious. Does Social Security exist in the U.K. and in other parts of the world? Or is this solely an American thing?

@JGoldman10,
Social security is better over here and in most of the developed world.

We don’t pay health insurance either. Health care is a right.

Mass shootings are an entirely American thing.

@izzythepush,
Free healthcare does exist in the U S. - Medicare and Medicaid.

@JGoldman10,
You can keep it. The NHS is first class and free for all. No choosing what hospital you can go to.

Your healthcare system is the worst in the developed world. It's only good for the very rich and pharmaceutical giants.

Prescriptions here are £9 per item if you have to pay, many don’t. Children, elderly and those on benefits are exempt.
