Pain killers are HELL on the body, but effective for the pain.
More water, tea and always make sure you have something on your stomach when you take a pill.
That will help with the gut pains.
If you cant bring yourself to eat alot, maybe try a 'health shake' , as they help to coat the stomach and bring about the same amount of digestive acids as eating does. It will help break down the pill swifter and ward off the harshness of the narcotics.
