getting the details of a new Turkish Rom dance troupe I'll be part of

we haven't met to start our choreo yet - and haven't confirmed costuming

but we've got a gig already!

this has potential to be a fun summer for dancing

I'm studying tribal fusion and learning a traditional Am-Cab choreo for a show ... and now Turkish Roma is added to the mix!

The Emerald isle is holding a same-sex marriage referendum in May. In accordance with our Constitution, the wording is printed in our native Gaelic language first with the English version underneath.

A hurried amendment has had to be made to the Irish-language version when it came to light that the draft wording had the (hilarious) unintended consequence of prohibiting heterosexual unions. I haven't laughed this much in years.

I honestly don't know. How on Earth did it get past whatever board decides such things are acceptable? My daughter posted me the link and a friend posted it to her so the word is out, and it may not be up for much longer. Enjoy it while you can.

and then something totally shallow - found a vintage 24k gold bracelet at Value Village for $3 - damn thing is gorgeous and heavy
